On January 22, 2025 I purchased a used 2019 **** RS 5 from Landers McLarty **** in Fort Payne, *******. The vehicle was on tip top shape cosmetically and had been recently serviced by **** as well. When I arrived at the dealership it was close to sunset and I was under the assumption that the tires were in just as good of shape as the rest of the vehicle. Two days later I took a look at the tires and found that 3 of the 4 tires were bald on the outer tread and at least 2 were down to the wear indicator. I voiced my concern to the sales manager and salesman and was told they would look into a resolution. In the meantime I did drive the car a very little bit and in that process shopped for new tires. I was able to find a deal and ordered them so I could get the vehicle safely back on the road. I was able to find a set of tires for a little over 500 Dollars and was hoping the dealership would reimburse me at least ****************************************************************************************************** a set at cost which the sales manager had said earlier would be 1500 Dollars. The reason for the dealership not willing to reimburse me for anything is that there wasnt enough money for tires with what we paid for the car.

I signed paperwork with the salesman that guaranteed that there were no major issues with the vehicle. the tires were included with that agreement. I was not issued any of the copies with that paperwork I would assume the dealership would have copies of that.  Also apparently the dealership is supposed to have a standard in place that tire tread meets a minimum and at least 3 of the tires I'm fairly certain did not meet this minimum with the tread wear on both of the front tires and one on the rear.

***************** **** Complaint Number CXH-********-P5W9W0 12/04/2024 We recently purchased a 2023 **** Lightning, drawn to its unique customizations. However, we were concerned that some of these modifications might be aftermarket. To address this, we explicitly asked the dealership and our salesperson, ***** *********, whether any aftermarket parts or installations were involved. We were assured that all modifications were made and installed by ****, with no aftermarket parts. After further investigation, we discovered that the previous owner had indeed installed aftermarket suspension components, which are now causing significant damage to the vehicle. This issue has rendered the truck problematic, and we are now considering legal action against the dealership.Despite our numerous attempts to contact the dealership via calls and texts to resolve the matter, our concerns have been completely ignored. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and we feel both misled and deceived. We strongly caution potential customers to be wary when dealing with this dealership. Our experience has been deeply disappointing, and we are still awaiting a resolution.

Purchased a used 2022 Silverado **** LTZ on 2/22/23. The advertised mileage was *****. On the drive home I noticed the odometer had almost ****** miles. I called the dealership and the general manager said the finance manager should have told me the service manager had been commuting to work in the truck and that was the reason for the additional mileage. He offered a free oil change if I was in the area in the future. The purchase agreement states a mileage of *****. In addition only one key fob was provided. I asked the salesman to follow up and have not heard back. Finally, the Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking and Auto High Beam features do not work. This is day 4 of owning the truck.

I purchased a 65k truck at this dealership on 07/16/22. Was told the bank would only honor my 4% interest rate if I bought a 3k warranty as part of the banks bundle deal. Also, truck only had 1 key and no mats. Was told a friend of the salesman / manager owned the truck and he would get the other key from him and have it mailed along with some truck mats. I called the credit union personally to follow up on this bundle deal and they said there was no such thing and that my interest rate was never contingent upon a warranty. So after having a mediocre experience (didnt clean the truck provided no customer service even while purchasing the truck) I have been scammed out of 3k for a warranty that I didnt need. I have called the company and spoke with the acting general manager. Have been given the run around regarding everything above. At this point the mats and the other key to an almost 70k truck that was promised would be nice. I usually buy a new truck every 2 years or so and this is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
