    About four months ago I had a truck with a payment of ****** I was looking for a large suv and seen an ad that they would payoff my loan and get me into another vehicle of my choice. Well that wasn't true they offered me a small suv a payment of ******* and told me if I were to make three payments I could comeback trade it in and they would put me in a larger suv that I was wanting and have a cheaper payment. That was not the case when I returned they tried to put me in a larger suv and then have a payment of over ******* dollars. I do not like it when I'm lied to and scammed. All it amounts to is an integrity and fraud issue.

    My husband bought a used vehicle from the above mentioned location on 7/29/23. Before purchasing the vehicle, we were told that the truck had been thoroughly checked, and that everything was good to go with the engine and etcetera. Within a few days we noticed that the truck was making weird noise. We brought the truck back to the dealership on 8/5 to have this looked into. We were told on 8/8 that the entire transmission needed to be rebuilt, but that it would take them 30 days, which I believe is legally how long they have to hold a vehicle to fix an issue. They texted us on 9/7 to let us know what they have not even ordered the parts the fix the truck and that it would take 2-3 weeks to even get the parts before they could get started. My husband called up there to speak to the ** to see if there was anything that could be done since we have been paying insurance and our first payment for the truck is due on 9/12 for something we can't even drive for God only knows how long. He was told that the ** was in a meeting and that they would take his name and number to be called back, The never called back, so I called back on 9/8 first thing in the morning to see if I could get in touch with the **. When I told the service lady that I needed to speak to the **, she laughed at me and proceeded to say he was in a meeting until 9:30. She told me to call back in 30 minutes, so I did, and I got sent to the repair office for them to tell me that he was still in a meeting but that they would take my name and number for him to call me once he was out. I called back at 1:00, and big surprise, I get sent to the **'s voicemail. I left one with my name and number for him to call me back (I am positive that he will not). It seems like they are trying to avoid us because they know what they are doing is wrong. They literally sold us a faulty vehicle and don't even have the decency to call us back to help us come to some resolution. I wish we never bought from here.
