    We had the salesman ******. We paid cash in full for a car for my husband to use for work. The key was starting to fall apart, the back air vent was pushed in, ect . We brought all of this to his attention and he said that is we purchased the car they would fix the issues. I asked him to put it in the contract and he said he did. He even wrote it on a paper and showed my husband and I. I had to take the car up to the dealership twice for them to fix the air vent. The 1st time they told me it was fixed, I got in the car to leave, looked and it was still broke! I called them and they told me Id have to come back later. I mentioned the key and they said they had to order it. It has now been 3 month, multiple phone calls where they have said we are waiting for it to come in, we will call you back they never do, you need to talk to ***** but when we ask to talk to him hes busy or not there. Now they are telling us that ***** did not put it in our paperwork, that they will not replace it. They told us to take it up with the car salesman because he made the deal and not the dealership.
