      This occurred on Monday March 11, 2024. My son was unable to keep his appointment due to extenuating circumstances. It is the first one he couldnt make in time. With it being a Sunday the night before we were unable to give notice that soon because the business is closed. Instead of working with us and understanding the circumstances the therapist, *******, charged us. We both spoke with her. She refused to issue a refund even though it was her that was also rescheduling the appointment for her convenience as well as attempting to make it a telehealth visit. My son has text messages from the therapist to prove this. ******* also disclosed personal information to me about my son that should have only been between her and my son. HIPAA has also been notified.

      My son had to cancel his appointment for Monday, March 11th at 3 pm. He was unaware they needed a 24 hour notice but couldnt have given a notice that far in advance because they are closed on the weekend. We called that morning and the therapist ******* was completely rude and refused to give a refund which left me with less than 10$ in my account. He never received any service and did not have an appointment but they refuse to issue a refund. I am not allowed to cancel or reschedule for him (he is 17 years old). I tried to attach my bank statement but it wont let me and Im not sure how. It was a 130$ charge and he did not receive any service from this clinic.

      I went for a session with ******* *****, ALC, NCC. I arrived early for my session and found the door was locked. I attempted to call the office a few times but only got voicemail. Another lady was there and also had an appointment. She had a young baby with her and it was cold outside. After 45 minutes, I left. I later received a call from ******* apologizing for missing the appointment and scheduled another. I went to the second appointment, ******* was late again but did arrive about 10 minutes late. It was later when my dad was notified by our bank that I was billed TWICE, once for missing my appointment and the other for the appointment that I had and ******* was late for. I texted and talked to who I believe to be ******* and informed her about the double billing. At no time did she offer a refund for her not showing up. We have tried on three occasions to have the money refunded to us. At no time has ******* made ANY attempt to refund the money or even return a phone call. After my dad made the last attempt to get our money refunded to us, the office manager called the police saying that my dad threatened them. His only threat was to go to the next step and contact the BBB or an attorney. I am very disappointed and am requesting a refund since no services were rendered and I was there.
