      I had a wonderful experience with this practice! ******* and staff are extremely helpful and compassionate. Can't say enough how much I appreciated the care provided.

      Most outstanding is the unprofessionalism in yelling at me for cancelling her services after a very incorrect assumption on her part. Call it incompetence of a licensed therapist to yell at her client of over a month and then use my credit card on file to retro charge me $390.00 plus $130.00 for next days cancelled service( that was cancelled 23 hrs in advance). I call that Identity theft. Then there is the issue of her always being late or her receptionist calling me to change or postpone every scheduled appointment. And need I mention how trashed her office usually was with multiple open food containers . Then there was her narcolepsy that she complained of and couldn't stay awake. I could go on and on but I don't want to complain too much. So last but not least I feel she has deceptive advertising on her website, implying there were more than one therapist there, when in reality, it is just ******* ***** ALC, NCC and her receptionist, *****.
