I ordered a set of scrubs, a top and bottom. The pants were never sent, the invoice says they should be in one package and the business response was that I contact ***. The business packed the order incorrectly.Initial Complaint

February 6th I placed an order for scrubs from this site. I used Apple Pay and after clicking confirm I identified my old address was listed on my Apple Pay account associated with my *********** card. This address was used as the shipment address although incorrect. I immediately reached out to mandala letting them know the error. I figured since I had moments before placed the order they would be able to help me. They have at least 1 business day response time. They informed me there was nothing they could do since the shipment was automated. I was told to reach out to **** Through several house on the *** website trying to get the *** my choice to change the address I was unsuccessful. I then went to the *** store who told me Id have to reach out to the sender because my old address was not listed on my choice account. They do not let the address change to prevent fraud. *** ultimately unable to help me. Mandala basically said it was my fault and they unfortunately cannot help me because it successfully delivered and they did not receive a return. I explained that I cannot return what I dont have. I have reached out to my old realtor who has tried to make contact with the new owners. They are not responding to allow me to pick up the order which was delivered to their house erroneously. I cannot recover the package. I am out $90 without my scrubs. I am a nurse just wanting my scrubs. This site is not helping me. I know it was my error for not assuring accuracy of my address but apply pay had the incorrect address and I did not see the error until seconds after confirmation. I just want my scrubs or my money back. Ive tried every avenue to recover or resolve the issue without help. On top of it all this order is shipped in two different packages and they cannot help me recover the item that has not delivered yet either although they know its going to the wrong address and they knew it was going to the wrong address February 6th the day I ordered the items.Initial Complaint

Hi, I placed an order with Mandala Scrubs, on October 13th, order #*******, I returned it the next day because it did not fit, I requested the money back to my card, but they only returned $3.75 and the rest was not back to my card or account. After reaching out to them many times, they said the rest was returned to my account as a gift card which was not true, the money is not on my account. I placed another set and I had to pay full price for it. So they have not returned the money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on October 24, 2023 at 12:48pm. ORDER DETAILS: #*******. When I paid with Apple Pay, my old address was on file. I noticed this immediately and reached out to the company the only way they have available, through email at 12:52pm, to try and get my address updated before the items were shipped. I was given a generic automated email back saying I would receive a response in 2-3 business days regarding my order issue. I received a email that my items had shipped on October 25, 2023 at 3:59pm. Their customer service department finally responded on 10/31/2023 at 11:58am telling me there was nothing they could do. I feel they should ship my items to my correct address (the billing address!) for which I had requested within minutes of placing my order to make it right, or refund my money since I havent received my items purchased.Initial Complaint

I ordered two pairs of Mandala Scrubs on October 8th 2023. I paid at checkout through paypal. The money has came out of my bank account but I never received a confirmation or shipment email. I started an exchange for two Mens Scrub Tops that fit a bit too large on Sunday, March 19. The two items were priced at $33.98 total. On Tuesday, March 21, I was notified that the package acceptance was pending at the ***********, ************ I was given a tracking number, **********************. Since then, there have been no updates or communication about delays/package mishandling from either party.I sent a follow up email to Mandala Scrubs on March 26 asking if there were any errors with my order and when to expect it. They replied in March ********************************************************************************************* 3-4 days. On March 31, I let them no there was, yet again, no update on the exchange orders movement. I also let them know that I wanted them to rectify this by either refunding me or resending the items. Again, they have not been in contact with me since.By April 3, I reached out to them again letting them know that I was disappointed in my experience purchasing with them and if they would either refund me or resend the items, I would be contacting my bank for a chargeback to my card. I can understand a late package or a misplacement, but not when both sides neglect to keep me updated and proceed to give me the run around. That is not right, especially from a company serving clients potentially worldwide. I would hope to get this fixed before proceeding with contacting my bank. Regardless of the outcome, I doubt I will buy again from Mandala Scrubs again and would encourage anyone else to purchase from another reputable company with proper, timely customer service.Initial Complaint

I order 5 scrub tops and 5 scrub bottoms from Mandala Scrubs March 4, 2023, my order number is ******. I payed $232 including priority shipping so I would have them 1-3 business days after ordering. My tracking number is **********************. When I click on the tracking order it says my package acceptance is pending. I called the post office down there and they said this company makes their own shipping labels and that it has never arrived at the post office. I reached out to the contact us link on their website and messaged them about my scrubs. I never heard back so I messaged them again on the March 10 and never heard back. I went to their ******** page and emailed the email on there on March 10 as well and heard nothing back. On March 13 I messaged the company on ******** and commented on a post asking for more contact information and have still heard nothing from them. I needed to have these scrubs by March 20 and never revived them. It still says my package acceptance is pending. I would like my money back because I had to order scrubs from a different company. I ordered maternity scrubs from the mandala scrub website on February 5, 2023 and was charged $48.48. I was notified that the scrubs would take 2-7 days to receive the scrubs once I was notified that the package shipped. I received an email that the package had shipped on February 6th. My order number is ******. I reached out on February 16th to the companys email to inquire on my order because there had not been any movement on the package since February 7th according to ***** The **** tracking states shipment received, package acceptance pending. On February 19 I received an email from mandala stating their apologies and that there had been delays on scans and that I should see movement on it any day. I was told to monitor and and if there was not any movement in another 2-3 days to notify the company. I stated that if there wasnt any movement in 2-3 days I would like a refund because the refund link they provided requires returning the product by mail which I havent received. On February 22 I sent an email stating there had been no movement on the package. On February 24th at 3:16AM EST I was notified that due to high volumes of shipments **** gets backed up and sometimes simply misses a scan. I was told they reached out to the warehouse and arranged for a new package to be sent out to me. They said the items I purchased are temporarily sold out and on back-order and they dont have an ETA on replenishment. They said that if I chose another color it will be shipped out and expedited just to let them know what color so they can check availability. I told them 3 of the other colors stated on their website as available would be fine in a response on Feb 24th at 7:28 AM EST. I have not heard back from the company since.
