    This business has not responded to my 5 emails in regards to receiving the wrong scrubs for a new traveling position. I paid $98 on scrubs I can't wear because of they sent the wrong colors! This is completely unacceptably and unprofessional and now I am left having to buy all new scrubs.

    Cant give them a 0 but their scrubs material is horrible and smells bad and the fit is different in the colors even though size is the same and they will not refund all items on orders

    I had a discrepancy to where my order was shipped. I sent them a email less than 5 minutes after the order was placed and they refuse to cancel or refund my money and let the order go to the wrong address and told me that there was nothing I could do which led me to lose my money.

    I have ordered from them plenty times before & this time my package was lost in transit and they refuse to give me the money back because it still says in transit and has been at the town over from me for now ******* transit & the company is who I have to get the money back from or the products. They are not doing anything but continuing to tell me to wait & I should not have to wait 3* weeks on a pair of scrubs and its been that long since I placed the initial order. I want my money back. I will never order from them again due to the horrible customer service. Make it right and give me my money back! I asked nicely multiple times. I should not have to keep hounding this company over ky product or refund!!!

    Their scrubs stained my operatory chair and my white leather seats. They only have communication online through email or their website and they are terrible at getting back to you. I have yet to receive any communication from a supervisor about what happened or even to return the washed scrubs that stained my seats. It was the worst purchase decision I ever made. I tried to save a few bucks and it ended up costing me a thousand.
