  About 20 months ago we had our home remodeled so we could live on the bottom floor of our two story home. We are 79 and 81 years of age. Tipton Services replumbed our entire downstairs and remodeled the bathroom upstairs that we use for company, April of this year we had our first weekend company, In June I noticed mold on our downstairs bath room ceiling. I called Tipton services and ask them to come check it out. My husband cut out the sheet rock to make it easier for them to see. Tipton walked to the top of the stairs looked at the hole, not in it and said we will be back. He didn't show. I called him later on and he said he had personal problems.He didn't show. I called again in July and sent him pictures of the new bathtub upstairs and the ceiling bathroom down stairs covered in black mold. He advised he would be her July 21st. He called and said he had equipment broken down on the side of the road and wasn't coming, I called again and advised it wasnt healthy for us to be breathing this black mold. I told him we would be leaving on vacation in a week and I needed an appointent date. He finally responding on August 28th, He said he had "everything going on with broken equipment" and was out of town until Sunday. He would be here on Monday or Tuesday. He never showed. I called him again and ask if he wanted me to hire someone to fix it. No response. I hired someone else to fix it and resheetrock and paint. I advised him I had it done and had a bill. No response. This shower has only been used 11 timed total and he said it wasnt his responsibilty. When I had it fixed the only problem was when the new pipes were put it they weren't finger tighten much less with a wrench. He even told my husband which is an retired engineer that it leaked because we didn't use it enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you do your problems is just that, YOURS. He won't fix it. Only 11 showers were taken and I got a 2 x 2 block of mold..
