  On 5/26/23, I chose to have Ecoview replace two windows. I gave the salesman (who was absolutely lovely) half down after he gave me the estimate. He said it would take about four weeks for the windows to come in. On 7/6/23, I started my journey of calling the office to check on the status of my windows. For two and a half weeks, I called multiple times a week. Each time, I was told the owner was in a meeting, but they would leave a message for him.Finally, on 7/19/23, I showed up at the office to speak to someone in person. I spoke with the co-owner, *********************. I asked him about the status of my installment. After shuffling papers, making a call, and making me wait for ten minutes, he hesitantly said 8/7/23. I let him know I was an extremely unsatisfied customer because of the lack of communication and the timeline not being what I was quoted. He quickly retorted that the contract I signed stated that the windows may take longer to ship than quoted. I asked him if the contract I signed also stated that his office never had to return my phone call.I said that I wanted a discount. He said he couldn't blindly give me a discount and that he would have to get all the information before making that happen. I told him that I wanted to hear from him by the close of business on 7/20/23, or I would be filing a claim with the BBB and writing a negative ****** review.It is 7/29/23, and I have yet to hear anything from their office. Again, my sales person I agreed to do business with, ***********************, was professional and kind. The owner, *********************, was unorganized, unprofessional, and pompous. His business philosophy is slick and off putting. Maybe I'll finally hear from him now.
