1 starIt only did the new guy that just started working for this company a couple of months ago but he did not at all get the carpets cleaned and left the water hose out and strung all the way from back to front of house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Review fromBetty J

I was very disappointed that this well known company chose to settle a problem to THEIR satisfaction instead of the customer satisfaction. Their employees entered the dark attic without having the proper headlamps. They put their leg through a ceiling of a main living area of a house that had just completed a nearly $100,000 renovation. They allowed $350 for the repair, or let their choice of a repairman do a job without the information of what had just been done to renovate the ceiling or paint, etc. Due to what had just been spent, we did not want an unknown person make a repair. By having the same company that had just done the renovation, we were able to save by only repainting a portion of the ceiling instead of repainting the entire large room. The repair cost $540. Stanley Steemer refuses to pay the additional $190. In addition, they left a mess under each and every vent in the house. We had to vacuum the entire house when they left. They claim this only happens about a once a year, but subsequent contacts tell us differently.

We do apologize again that this occurred. We did have a contractor very capable in completing the repair for the mentioned $350.00. We did offer to have the contractor do the work or credit the customer the $350.00 which is what the customer decided. After speaking with our air duct manager, he said that he we were not made aware of any mess left behind and we would have gladly come back and clean up any mess that we left.
