Amsher placed derogatory remarks with all 3 major credit companies for an account that does not belong to me. I contacted them about having the remarks removed and explained to them it did not belong to me, I also explained that the service from ******* Communications which Amsher purchased is not and never has been available at my residence. They explained that the account was missing 6 pieces of information and could be removed. They also said they would clean up my credit report for approximately $279. I feel that they should remove the derogatory remarks permanently and for free I didn't request anything else be done.

I need to file a complaint against this agency for billing me without knowing everything. The reason for this is this, 5/17/2022 I called tmobile to close my account, because I switched to another operator that day, and the communication went smoothly. In August, I found my bank had two automatic deduction of $120 from tmobile in July and August. I called the bank and asked for a refund of these two payments. Because I closed the account in May, tmobile charged me more money up. But in September I received a call from the collection company asking me to pay the final payment of 125, which I paid at that time. BUT In November, I received a payment notice asking me to pay $578.48. I communicated with tmobile many many times and made many inquiries,no one can help me, and they ask me to pay $578.48 because tmobile missed a line to close on 5/17,now I need to pay, this is an unreasonable charge, and also it has been transferred to a collection agency. On 11/14/2022, tmobile transferred the call to a collection agency without my consent. I communicated with one of them, who was very unfriendly. I said my English is not good and I need an interpreter. He said there is no interpreter for me, dont give me time and not listen to my explanation, just ask me to pay, I said its not my fault, I dont pay, he said something that I dont know if its some threat, and checked my address with me, but I really didn't understand, so hung up the phone. this matter has affected my life, I need to complaint.please help me! now i also got payment for all tomible,i found that collection charge me$125 is overcharge.i paid last payment in June. SO they need to refund me $125,and i reject the payment of $578.48.this is an unreasonable charge.

We appreciate the consumer, ***************, for contacting AmSher through the BBB Portal.  In his complaint, the consumer disputes the balance and he would like this account removed from his credit reports.  Please note, the basis of Mr. ****** complaint appears to be in regards to a billing dispute with our client, ********* and not actually a complaint about AmSher specifically. After reviewing this account, AmSher is showing the account was recalled by our client, ********* and the consumer is now free to pursue new services.
Please be advised, AmSher closed and returned the account to our client, *********with the balance showing a zero (0) balance owed. I received a credit alert that my FICO score dropped 30 points. I checked my credit and found Amsher Collection Serv reported a $108 balance. I have never done any business with an Amsher. On 11.16.22 I attempted to contact Amsher and after 3 transfers they refused to identify themselves, what the debt is,what it is allegedly from, or any pertinent information and then hung up on me. I attempted to contact them 13 times after this and each time they hang up the phone on me. I don't know who these people are, and based on their lack of communication and requests for information its obviously a scam where they are attempting to hold my credit hostage for a ******. I am requested they remove the erroneous credit reporting immediately.

We are disputing Amsher collection claiming unpaid bill originated with * ******.
The latter apparently transferred this unfounded claim of $*** that I believe was written off by * ****** from their books to Amsher and ********* law firm and as such breached our confidential fiduciary rights by sharing our private profile and personal family business details with the collection agencies.
In fact we have NEVER being officially alerted or contacted in writing by * ****** for any overdue payments via email or text msg or mail concerning our family business or personal accounts since the last 6 plus years.
We also NEVER missed any monthly automatic pay bill.
The same applies with ALL esteemed credit providers including Mortgage lenders that were fully paid in record few years & car lease contracts were fully paid on time & all bank credit cards & merchant bills were always current including: ***** ****** ****** ********, etc since the last 30 plus years.
Amsher collection & law firm ********* were contacted & we disputed their claim as inaccurate but both refused to provide us with their business emails to share documented facts.
We will be filing a official complaint with BBB seeking justice to restore credibility, salvage family business name & reputation & demanding fair compensations for the inflicted trauma, serious business & family harm and personal damages from all entities involved.

Thank you & God bless you & the USA

balance and request deletion from his credit reports.  We have forwarded the statement of validation
of the debt to the CFPB site.  Upon

the responsible party name of **** *********. According to the research and review
provided by ********, the consumer’s last payment of $****** was received on

consumer ported out on 11/5/2021, ******** adjusted the charges accordingly,
