    Our gutters were installed in 2018. We had damage due to high winds and part of our gutter system was torn off and hanging. A corner seam has been leaking constantly. The wood under our gutters is getting water logged due to constant rain. I asked for assistance 3 months ago. They “ cannot find “ my file even though they know my address and phone. I have been in touch with Lauren, production manager, Brenda, and Chappell. The work has been delayed over and over. Saturday the work was supposed to be done. They showed up with wrong material and smoking. I have asthma and have been coughing constantly since the contact. We paid over $12000 for the system. I am severely upset about all of this!

    I bought gutters from Gutter Guard by Southern on **********. I paid cash. I've had problems with leaks, trash build up, water coming down my down spouts on my back porch. It has been a bad experience from day one.I've called several times , they have come out several times but now I seem to be ignored. I need resolution. I don't need water under my house every time it rains.

    I signed a contract with this company June *** 2022. Salesman was Jefferson ******* Numerous calls made to company to see when they would be installing our shower enclosure. Finally showed up September *** 2022. Area was not measured correctly by saleman so husband had to build 2x4 wall for them to install. Workers worked all day and installed wall panels, ceiling and floor panels and hardware. The glass doors were broken so they never brought the doors. Cannot get in touch with this company to get estimated date for the doors to be installed. Shower looks shoddy. Panels are supposed to be installed where no grout is needed. Big areas that will have to be caulked and still no doors. Paid $3,450 date of contract and owe them $10,000 more. Doors can be bought for $596.34 locally and then we will have to have someone come in and waterseal this unit. Was told by salesman our new shower would be installed in 4-6 weeks. It's now been over 4 months. We would like to cancel the contract, buy doors ourself and get watertight seal by someone locally. This shower is not even worth the $3,450 we've already paid.

Ultimate Bath Solutions did complete the work on our shower installation and the job finally looks satisfactory. However, the time involved, the mess the first workers made of the shower and the labor involved with us having to rebuild the enclosure when the walls were to be installed was not satisfactory. The company only answered our messages left on their phone 3 times over the almost five months involed. No one followed up on the order. The first workers involved apparently stated they did the rebuild of the enclosure but that was not true. We did that. Very shoddy looking shower when they left grout everywhere and seams not sealed and no door at all as it was broken when they brought it. Last worker did a good job. Office employee is short and unpleasant. We will never ever allow anyone from Ultimate Bath Solutions (now see they are going by Ultimate Gutter Guard of Birmingham) in our home for any work. Beware of this company.

    I have contacted this company on 3 different occasions about water leaking over the end of my gutters. Lauren spoke to me and assured me a service representative would contact me within a week on all 3 occasions. I have yet to hear anything else from this company

    This business took our deposit of $1,300 on ******* and promised to install windows within 4-6 weeks on a time-sensitive project. After more than 3 months, they still could not give a status of the windows (where they were at, when they would be installed, etc.). Therefore, my wife and I have both called numerous times requesting a cancellation and refund of our deposit money. The people that do answer the phone have continuously given us the run-around, telling us the area manager will call us back (which has still not happened). This business has stolen our money and been unable to deliver their product and unresponsive to our cancellation/refund requests. The home has now been sold and too late to install the windows.

I did not understand the windows were ordered and *** should not assert another's understanding. No one was able to tell us if they were even ordered NOR where the windows were located until BBB got involved. Then they magically appeared at the ********** location, where no one even thought to reach out to us to let us know they were there. The lady at Southern was nice and we're glad she tracked them down, but we only resolved to accept a few of the windows because it was either that or lose the entire deposit and get nothing back. When they tell you installed in 4-6 weeks, apparently what they forget to say is that it's 4-6 weeks AFTER they receive them, which could take upwards of 4 months. Still will not do business with them in the future.
