    From the first phone call to the first meeting to the last, we found Southern and Chris to be cordial, professional, friendly and caring!! Our gutters are outstanding and perfect! No delays, what was promised was delivered. I do wish all companies were this dependable and personable!!! Well done!!

    Highly disappointed in the level of work and customer service we have received. We had them replace our windows and everything was going very well until the install. The windows seemed to be too small and there were large gaps. They had to stop work and figure out a way to add trim to fix the gaps because they were so large. Now we cannot hang our blinds/shutters because of the trim pieces. Also, no building permit was ever pulled to do the work. When I finally reached a person to discuss the issues I was lied to, or he was just completely ignorant of rules and standards in his industry, either way, not good . He told me no building permit needed to be pulled because it was under 75K. We talked to the permitting office and they informed us we needed a permit, no matter how high or low the cost. We were told the gaps were within the acceptable range, we contacted the manufacturer of the window installed and they were not, in fact, in the acceptable range. Was told I could drill into the window itself to install the blind and it would not void our warranty, but that WOULD void our warranty. They then failed to show up for an appointment to take a look at the work. We have been trying to get ahold of them for over three weeks and have been ignored thus far. I also spoke with a friend who used them for siding and is having a similar issue. All we want is for the issues to be fixed. As of now, I would NOT recommend this company or do business with them again.
