    Routine, recurring issues with receiving Type 1 Diabetic supplies. No or inadequate follow up when contacting this company. **************** places blame on *************************** does not adequately track and ship supplies in a timely manner. We have talked with the Manager also, same results. Assured us an overnight shipment, never happed and took 2-3 days to arrive. On July 3rd, early, called about Dexcom transmitter not shipped/received in time, need overnighted. **************** assured me it would be, watch for email. Again, not received, called **************** on July 5th, transferred me to shipping, shipping said it was never overnighted and would arrive July 6th. Had to purchase test strips and check glucose manually until transmitter arrives. Company needs to resolve issues with tracking/shipping so customers like Type 1 Diabetics dont ever go without insulin pump supplies.

    Thank you for your candor and our sincerest apologies for any delays in shipping, resulting in unfavorable customer service for you.

    Unfortunately, quite often shipments are delayed due to issues beyond our control with our shipping partners.  Our shipping partners have experienced weather, operational difficulties, software difficulties, and staffing shortages, which adversely affects shipping timelines, many businesses have experienced similar problems.
