    Terrible company! Ordered pump supplies and never received them, called them and was told they were out of stock so they cancelled my order without notifying me. Now I am being charged for supplies that were 100% covered and even have an email from their billing department that I would have no out of pocket cost for pump supplies and they now say their policy has changed and I must now pay. No notice to the patient of this policy change. Dont do business with this company!

    They changed what they charged and did not tell anyone until a month AFTER they sent the supplies. Then they sent a bill for $300.+ When I called they said they had decided to change more and, as a service to their customers, shipped the supplies BEFORE billing them.They are totally dishonest. An honest company would tell folks they are going to charge more BEFORE shipping the supplies.

    This company is the absolute worst and cares only about the money and nothing about the customers. Honestly, I am surprised they are still in business. The customer service is atrocious and good luck finding a manager, they don't exist. You are told you can get your supplies by sending just a text message but then the supplies are never sent unless you jump through a million and one hoops. This company does not go by the book when distributing supplies. They lie to their customers and poach from other companies in order to look like they know what they are doing. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are a ton of other suppliers who offer the same supplies and possibly more options depending on who you choose. Please ****** diabetic supply companies before using this place. Use the manufacturer. Use can even use your pharmacy! Literally, try anywhere but here!

    I hate to give Southeast even one star. Most of the time when I left a message for the representative to call me back I was told AI filters their messages so they dont get half of them. I started dealing with Southeast Diabetes on 2-26-2024. After purchasing the pump I requested a receipt and asked when were they going to file insurance. A month later I still hadnt gotten a receipt. I called the insurance to confirm if they have a claim from them. They confirmed they havent. I finally received what looked like it was hand typed. Didnt show total cost and what insurance covered. It just showed what I paid for the pump and infusion sets. Nothing was itemized. Everything was all lumped together. Someone that flunked out of grade school could provide better customer service much less do a better job all around.When someone suggests Southeast Diabetes, turn around and run!

    3/4/24 This has to be the most disorganized business Ive ever done business with. They change their ordering system without notifying their customers. There is no follow up at all. I called 2 weeks ago to remind them to include a transmitter for my daughter. It was never ordered so we went 4 days without a sensor to monitor her blood glucoses. Called again today and requested that they overnite a transmitter to me and send the tracking number to me via email. ******* assured me it would be sent overnite and the tracking number sent to me. I checked my email late that and of course there was no message from them. I call again, initially she tells me that it would not be shipped until the following day. I advised her of the previous conversation and she berifies that it will be shipped today and email me the tracking number. As of 3/5/24 no tracking number has been sent to me.Think twice before you use this company.
