BEWARE you are agreeing to a 1 year contract and this includes an early termination fee of $198.00! I had service on 4-3-25 started and reservice on 4-23-25 and neither worked I called to cancel and this is when I found this out. I spoke with a supervisor and she was very nice but unable to resolve the issue I also was charged for the next month of service which she agreed to refund. Im a firm believer in if the service is not provided as sold it shouldnt be charged for or at a minimum not charge a fee to cancel service that doesnt work. I was told to give it a year and the mosquito issues will go away, Im going a different direction! Please listen carefully and read the fine print this company is not a believer in the old school of thought to do the right thing it is all about the money. I spent almost $450.00 for less then one month of service that did nothing!

Today (3/19/25) someone claiming to be with this company knocked on my door and informed me that he was performing a scheduled service that had not been scheduled, nor had I been given any notice of an appointment with this company. After telling him "No" very clearly and shutting my front door, he knocked again much more aggressively. When I opened the door and told him to leave, he ignored me and spoke over me with his spiel about performing the unscheduled inspection. I then told him to get off my property or I would call the police. If in fact my household does have some contract with this company, not only is this the first time I'm hearing of it, but also the company should have contacted me in some way, such as a first-class letter, informing me of their intention to set an appointment for spring service rather than showing up uninvited and unannounced and refusing my first request for the technician to leave. I will never do business with this company in future nor recommend them.

I did not renew my contract and have not had services with this company for awhile. They kept texting me to tell me when they were going to show up at my house. I repeatedly text back no and that I am not available. They took upon themselves to choose a date and time to show up and my home unannounced, performed an outside inspection with my consent nor authorization. Then I get a bill in the via email. This is a form of harassment and bullying. How can a company tell you when they're going to show up at your house for services then send you the bill. I have no knowledge of a contract either. This has to be totally illegal.

We currently have a termite bond (treat and repair/replace) with *****'s and are selling our house. They say that the repair/replace is non-transferrable (we were never notified). We have had to contract with another agency to fulfill the contract for selling the home, at cost to us. Buyer beware when doing business with this company. Also the office staff said the bond was transferrable for $30.00. Ha, what do they know? Apparently not much.

*************,I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. It seems there was some miscommunication on our end, and we do apologize. I will have a supervisor reach out to you today and make sure this matter is handled correctly.

Moving from out-of-state to ********** and purchased a home that was serviced by Waynes for pest control, specifically termite protection. Prior to the sale was told by the agent there was a termite contract on the property and that document was transferrable. We closed on the house on 6 July and the previous owner cancelled service with Waynes on/about 12 July. I called Waynes on 5 July to inquire about the contract and they scheduled an inspection for the following week. Upon completing the inspection, we were told there was termite damage in an outbuilding. He then stated he had to go back and make inquiries then all went silent on the net. Made a call to the front office and was told no notes were taken and the contract on the property was NOT transferrable, contrary to what I was told by the agent. I finally got a call back from a gentleman and he stated they had acquired the contract from a different company. While an interesting story I wasnt concerned on how they acquired the contract, I was only interested in the impact to me. Long story short Waynes has accepted no liability for the issue even though they held the contract at the time. I, in part, blame myself. Being from out-of-state we do not have termite and other pest issues that are common to that area. I trusted what I was told as truth and did not verify so shame on me. My advice, trust but verify and most certainly read the reviews prior to making any commitments.

Waynes had the termite contract on the house from the builder. When they called about renewing, I said no that I was selling the house. I sold the house to a relocation company. When the purchaser requested a termite letter, Waynes sent the invoice to me expecting me to pay what the purchaser requested. Talking with customer service, the agent said that they had to invoice the actual owner of the house in case the closing falls through and they would get the money from the seller who didnt request the work. If the closing went through, then they can get the money from the closing. They went so far as to find out my new address and send the invoice to it for a termite letter that the purchase requested. Beware of this company. There has to be a company out there that is honest.

I am being charged for a bill that I gave them n permission to come on my property to do any work. I wasn’t even home to give them permission to do service and now they want me to pay them. I think you should ask me before going all over my yard doing things and just randomly send me a bill and expect me to pay it
