Had an exam via proctorU. It affected my settings on my computer to the point that I couldn't meet the requirements for the exam. It locked me out of snipping, print screen, unable to save material, primavera p6. I contacted the proctor several times, but by the time they found the work arounds I had almost run out of time, and was unable to follow the instructor guidelines, which caused me to not submit things properly, receiving a bad grade for no fault of my own. I spent half of the exam just trying to figure out what to do. ProcturU should have better training for employees and not lock you out of programs that the instructor is requesting you to use for the exam.
    thank you,

    ProctorU

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears the exam security settings established by ProctorU and your testing organization prevented you from submitting the exam properly. Our advocate team asked that you submit the material via email as an alternative solution. Additionally, all issues were notated on your appointment. Your institution has access to review these notes.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Proctor U is terrible testing online servicing center to get an exam taken and completed. The company only cares about the revenue they receive from students paying for the online services. I could not login through their system to access my exam and proctor. After an hour of trying to reach customer service for assistance, they canceled my appointment, and I explained that I would not be refunded and had to pay another fee of $***** for the exam. After arguing over this ridiculous policy that Proctor U set, there was no Proctor available for me to take the exam. I received instructions to reach out to my University or Professor for an extension on my exam. Then they would schedule another appointment for me to take after I paid another fee. Why would I pay another fee for this to happen for the third time? I am astounded by the customer service that this company values all their quality, qualities, and excellence in their services, yet they are a one-star with an F rating. How is the BBB accreditation allowing this poor company to continue going? Something needs to change, and the compliance officer of Proctor U needs to stand up and express that the system has faults and is working to correct this annoying system. The customer/service center needs to work on interpersonal skills to talk to customers. It is impossible to reach someone without several prompts, it is impossible to contact the compliance department, and there is no way to get upper-level management when the company is open 24 hours a day. There is ALWAYS a manager on duty for all companies. I hope to take my exam at my college instead of dealing with this company if I can get off work.
