    This towing company damaged my car upon picking up and delivering my car to my mechanic on Saturday May 13th, 2023. My bumper's underlining panel is completely missing off of my vehicle and the bumper is extremely cracked in the middle. I want my car fixed and the owner of this company is refusing to take accountability for the damages. He stated that he will help only because he doesn't want his credibility to be affected by GEICO well that's out especially after our phone call this evening. ***************** is the owners name and he is very rude and manipulative. He offered me $200 to $250 for my damages and said that he would only pay for my car to be fixed if I come to ********** **. I live in ******* and that's not an option I am not driving hours away to get my vehicle fixed when I can do it right here in my state and in my city. My car was not cracked or missing parts when I issued it to them to tow it on Saturday and on Saturday night when I picked up my car this was the outcome. Its unacceptable. I want my bumper replaced or repaired here in ******* **. My insurance company is involved and there is an open investigation going on.
