    My experience was excellent. ***** dispatched Aban Towing, and driver **** went above and beyond to assist me with a flat tire. He even followed me to drop my car off at the shop. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! *** the person in charge of the company as well as his driver ******************** you, cuss at you, disrespect you, yell at you, have no customer service skills or communication skills and cancel your tow for NO reason. They deserve ZERO stars. *** HAS MANY OTHER REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS ABOUT HIS MENTAL INSTABILITY AND CUSSING AT CLIENTS AND DISRESPECTING THEM. This isnt his first time. His business should be shut down and I will be reporting him and this pathetic scam company to the **************************** as well. He needs to be investigated. I have a towing company with much better reviews, respect, professionalism and class coming out now with no problems, thank God! *** is mentally unstable and has ************, aggressive and inappropriate behavior. I reported BOTH *** AND **** to the insurance company and filed a formal complaint and documentation on them and it was submitted and documented against them. I was told this wasnt the first time there has been an issue and complaints with/ against this towing company. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, with a towing company. Never had a problem with a towing company ever or experienced business professionals acting like this. I always have really good experiences with towing companies when I have needed one, but this one was AWFUL and DISGUSTING! GO ANYWHERE ELSE. *** wont stop calling, screaming at and harassing me. I had to let him know that if he called one more time that I would call the police and file harassment charges. This person displays angry and wacked out, nut job behavior. STAY FAR AWAY. Do better **** and ***! This is not how you treat customers, especially when theyve done nothing. Horrible attitudes and behaviors. I will be spreading the word. What a JOKE!

    Owner cussed ** out before hanging up in our face. Geico setup up roadside assistance and the company cancelled the tow and the next morning *** laughed and said he just needed the f***kin address before hanging up in my face. Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional and dont deserve to be in business.
