    I called in about a concern with my account being charged incorrectly. While speaking to a supervisor ************** wanted a copy of my call for my records as I was being blatantly, disrespected, lied to, and manipulated. The supervisor refused to supply me with the required documentation because he does not believe its his responsibility. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the course of my life. they do not care about people or whats going on. They do everything in their power to circle around your question and get you to say something that you dont mean. After he rudely hung up on me, I tried to call back in at that time. He placed my phone number on the block list, making sure that I could not call back in and speak to his manager which he refused to give me the name of. I do not recommend doing business with these crooks.

    His number has not been added to a block list.  In order to receive copies of communications then he has to obtain a subponea from the courts.  We are not required by any agency to release call recordings without a subponea. He was advised of the representment fee not only in the terms and conditions but also on the check out page of the app prior to completing the transaction.

    My phone was hacked by a pfishing scam in the form of a text that appeared to come from my bank. I had just used my Royal Farms rewards pay card to by $40 worth of gas and some to go food for about $7.50. The phishing attack occurred as soon as I got home. That was on July 19, 2022. I immediately called ***** ***** They froze my accounts and opened a new account immediately. I have been attempting to pay Check Redi for the 2 transactions. I even had my bank write them a letter about the incident. However, because it took Check Redi three days to submit the transactions, they are claiming that I bought thise items AFTER the account was frozen. They are trying to extort $70 in fees for the returned transactions. Even my bank says that is unfair. They told me they will ruin my credit by initiating a collection process. I simply want them to get the money owed without adding further injury to me.

    This customer is wanting fees waived on accounts that he agreed to the terms and conditions.  The customer did the transactions in question after the date that his account was frozen.  He is responsible for updating his banking information before doing the transaction whenever there has been a change to his information.  This is also agreed to in the terms and conditions.
