    I cannot recommend this company. We had considerable and expensive foundation work done in January of 2020. By 2023 our foundation was having significant problems again. We called the company numerous times with no response-- this company gives out " lifetime warranties". My husband put in a previous bad BBB review which the company did not like so they called and came and reevaluated. In 2023 the company owner came out and said that yes we needed some more work done and things moved around because they didn't get it quite right and it was covered by the warranty. The owner said he was short staffed but he would have someone out around February of 2024. Therefore the case was closed. It's now May of 2025 and our warranty work still has not been done and the company is again failing to call us back. This company used to be known as the best in ********** and even realtors recommended him. However ,I cannot recommend this company anymore. They should not be in business or be giving out lifetime warranties if they can't do them.

    **** *** constructed a French drain on the outside wall of my house where I had a finished basement rain leak. ***************" and "AFS", my first contacts, wanted to install a covered trench and sump pump in my finished basement. I could not believe they came up with that solution. Buy pump, pay for electricity, power goes out in lightning and rain storm, and possible eventual pump replacement.They said they did not do French Drains. A friend told me about ************** Company and contacted Mr. **** He came out, looked at the problem and said a French Drain would easily solve the leakage problem which it did.************** French Drain on the outside wall has worked perfectly, no more leakage. No moving parts, no sump pump to deal with. Outstanding, Five Stars!!!!
