  We would like to think Conditioned Air Solutions for the outstanding job that was provided during the installation of the ductwork in our attic. We would, also like to see thank the installation technicians ,****, ******* ***** and **** for the top notch customer care experience during the installation process, they should be commended for the Knowledge and Professionalism.

  My elderly veteran father called to have an annual checkup on his AC unit. A tech came out to do the inspection and told my father that there were several things wrong with his unit in the attic. The tech said he would send someone out to do an estimate because if he did the repairs it would cost more because he made more than the install tech. The next day another tech came out and told him that copper lines needed changed, a walkway needed added, wires were exposed, pipes were sealed incorrectly and would start leaking, and it was not up to city code etc. He said it would cost $6190. My father refused and the tech said if he didn't replace the copper line then it would be $2000 less. My father still said no. I had another company come check the unit since it was only a couple years old and that tech said there was very little wrong and it only cost him $125 to fix the very minor issue. I would be very cautious using this company. My father was informed when he called for the checkup that the original company had closed and they had taken it over. If he had not said no, and I had not gotten a reputable company to look at it, he would've been scammed out of $6000.

  We appreciate this feedback. We take very seriously the safety and quality of service we provide all our customers, but especially our veterans! Yes, we did perform a maintenance service for this customer and found multiple code concerns with his recent installation of a new system that was bargain priced and some shortcuts were taken. We documented several concerns with the system, primarily some electrical issues, the unit doesn't have adequate safety shut-offs, the drain pan is sitting directly on attic joists without a platform and the refrigerant piping is definitely undersized. All these conditions will limit the lifespan of the system and the electrical issues were particularly concerning. We executed our professional responsibility to notify the homeowner of code violations and safety concerns. We provided the options and the homeowner chose not to correct any of the issues--for $125 the other company didn't address any of the violations or concerns we found.

  Kudos to Conditioned Air. The technician, *****************, came out and provided a spring service on our HVAC systems. **** was extremely professional and thorough. He was familiar with each of our systems and walked me through the status of each when he was finished.

  Our heat hasn't been working for some time. Made an appointment with Conditioned Air and their technician was very knowledgeable and skilled! ***** was very professional and courteous, and he did an awesome job repairing our furnace! We're very happy and I highly recommend them!

  Our HVAC system quit working. We gave a call to Conditioned Air Solutions and ***** gave us an estimate for a Daikin system equipment install. They also provided portable air conditioners until the equipment was installed. The two technicians, ***** and *****, were very courteous and very efficient and knowledgeable in installing the equipment. The whole Conditioned Air Solutions team gave impeccable service throughout the installation. Kudos to the whole team. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
