  Upstairs ac blower motor died about noon. **********, an excellent technician, was on the problem and able to find parts and replace the motor and control boards same day. Have used Conditioned Air for many years and they have always provided a very professional solution to our ac problems.

  ******* and ***** were excellent. The explained what was causing the problems and what they were doing to fix them. They were timely, professional, and stayed until the job was complete, meaning until they were sure every room was cooling properly.   WOW! That's what I think! WOW! Before I made our appointment I received advance notice that Conditioned Air Solutions took over the company that has serviced our furnace from day 1. Then a week or so later, I received a call and spoke with a representative and made the appointment for our annual review. On the day of service, I received a notice someone was on their way. I was surprised to see a woman at the door, but let me say this about *********************************. WAS. AWESOME! I appreciated the way she told me what she was going to do, she did it, and then she showed me what she'd done. There was a surprise - our outside unit needed a new motor - it was leaking oil - a sign that the bearings might be going out. She let me know what that would involve and I made the decision to go ahead and get it replaced. She left and was *************** with the new motor and installed it in short order. I saw the old motor and was very happy it was replaced. ******* was thorough with everything. The service rate was awesome, and she left not a trace behind...except for her exceptional professionalism and great personality. I will gladly refer Conditioned Air Solutions, especially for their quality service.

  Over the years that Conditioned Air Solutions has serviced my HVACs I've had multiple technicians. The most recent service was performed by ***************************. He was outstanding! Very professional in his technical knowledge and courtesy. Although he's only been with Conditioned Air Solutions a few months, he said the company was the best he'd work for. For me, that alone speaks volumes of the company and of him. Great job!

  Conditioned Air replaced both our 5 and 2.5 ton heat pumps with new systems, built out the decks for each unit and reworked the ductwork completing the install within the time frame they said they would. Totally LOVE Conditioned Air Solutions notifications with pictures on who was arriving at our home. The entire sales experience working with ***********************, ***** and ******** on deciding what system best met our needs was very impressive. **** was so helpful and we really appreciated his knowledge of the systems and his non-aggressive sales approach. **** and ******** went above and beyond providing timely responses to all our questions. On the morning of install, *********************** showed up to ensure the installers knew what we expected. The installers ********************* and his great crew are an AWESOME team (wish I could recall all their names); especially since they worked seamlessly together and kept us apprised of the work they were doing, addressed any issues that came up, showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. They exceeded my expectations. I also have to mention the silent partners, ******************************* and **** the Techie who set us up with what we needed to make our systems work efficiently. From sales to install to customer ********************** ALL ******************** employees were totally knowledgeable and impressive. If you need a new HVAC system or just good quality service we Highly recommend Conditioned Air Solutions and strongly believe they have hit the jackpot with the sales and install team, and all the other individuals involved in shaping our experience they truly care about the quality of work they perform and doing a GREAT Job.Team *******
