      Service/maintenance appointment for HVAC was performed in a timely professional friendly manner with an obvious experienced technician who analyzed the issue just by hearing the system running at the air return location inside the house. Repaired the system and performed the necessary maintenance. The maintenance plan which is done twice annually saved us hundreds of dollars in the first visit.

      I like the way this company does business. They have long-term employees who are super polite, and they offer a maintenance plan, which I think is worth every red cent. They are good at communicating and letting you know when they were on their way. What more could a person ask for besides excellent products and service. We highly recommend them.

      Very good service for a unit we purchased thru them. We chose to have them continue to service it for ****** maintenance program and they are always thorough and have always been organized and great to work with.

      We woke up Saturday morning to a stuffy house. We religiously have our heat/cooling system checked every six months. But Saturday it wasn't keeping up. By noon it was 78 in the house with the thermostat set to 73. So, I called the weekend emergency number for Garrison and Garrison. I left a message. The emergency weekend technician returned my call with the hour. He arrived from his previous call as soon as he could. He walked in, looked at the thermostat and said, "A Capacitor is blown". Sure enough he had replaced the capacitor within 15 minutes. The system was working nominally. I wish I could remember the tech's name. He was great! I have come to expect that from G&G.
