      Garrison & Garrison is a successful company because they do the right thing. The companys leadership understands that doing right by their customers leads to repeat customers. And I my case, a lifelong customer. My most recent experience occurred when my AC stopped cooling on a hot Saturday. I called Sunday morning. Within 45 minutes ******* arrived, diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than 15 minutes. The cost? Minimal compared with what it might have been. I could go on, and give you details of several previous experiences, but theyre all basically the same: professional people, great products and services, reasonably priced. I will always call Garrison & Garrison. Every single time.

      We just had our 14 year old 4 ton ***************** heat pump outdoor unit and indoor air handler replaced with a new AS 16 SEER unit. The guys were in and out in one day. It could have not gone better. They arrived on time, went right to work and got the job done. **** came out to check on things to make sure we were happy. Now we have 10 years parts and labor piece of mind. I appreciate the quality of service we received.

      Best company ever. They dont ***** or pressure you for work not required. Great prices. Honest people. Great response times. Service has been like this for the ten plus years I have used them.
