I too was turned into collections. I paid Fox ****************** the $300 owed. Received another bill from Eurofins and looked up my paid account notebook and did not see that I paid Fox ****************** which was the same bill. So I called Eurofins and paid the $300 again. After a few days released my mistake. Called Eurofins and was told a check would be mailed. 4 weeks later no check. Called 5 more times. 3 times now told my overpay check is mailed. 3 months later still no check!!!

*******, my apologies for the delay in your refund check. It is our goal to never withhold a payment due back to a patient. I will email you directly to try and resolve this for you. Thank you ******

This company sent ** to collections after we attempted to contact them 3 times asking why they hadn't billed our insurance first. We did not get a phone call of an email back. When calling collections the service rep stated that they tried to bill insurance and it was rejected. This doesn't make any sense as we have insurance and they did not do their due diligence to find out why it was not going through. Had they called us back we could have resolved this but there was no way to get a hold of this company.

******, I am very sorry you did not receive a phone call back. We were having phone issues last year and now have a new phone system. I am showing we did send statements on 3/6, 4/3 and 5/12 of 2023. A call was made by Revesprings on 4/3. We did receive a request from Fox collections and sent them information they requested. I have noted the account. If you will please contact ************************************************************* we will update your account and pull from Collections. Thank you ******
