      I contracted the outdoor group to put in a pool. He took $17,500 as a down payment and proceeded to tell me three months later that he couldnt complete the job I requested a refund I have not received a refund up-to-date. I wouldve taken to court, but my lawyer told me he has nothing in his name and it would be a waste of time.

      Changed quote after agreed price. No call/no show multiple times. Did not honor warranty work on dead bushes. Concrete cracked. Put shade plants in full sun. Poor communication. Broke sprinkler line, did not fix.

      Thank you for review. This customer has tried to bully us for the last month. We will get to it as we always do. You added a landscape bed and the price did increase, yes you have called about warranty worked unfortunately you would have to wait like everyone else for warranty work to be completed from our experience you cant wait. If your concrete cracked theres nothing we can do about that, it was stated in your contract we cannot prevent cracking but we do install fiber to help prevent cracking. Most plants can handle shade/sun if we made that mistake we apologize. Its not poor communication on our end, we have told you several times over and over that your warranty will
      be completed and the sprinkler line will be repaired, its unfortunate that you cant wait like most clients do. Just last week an email was sent stating the job was on the book and we would get to it. At this time it doesnt seem that we will be able to work with you but as the email stated we will get to it. Thank you for your review we will strive to do better in the future for other clients. Have a good day.
