      I would advise anyone to not do business with The Outdoor Group or ****** *******. I contacted them on February 27th regarding updates to our concrete area. I paid a 50% deposit of $1800.00 on March 3rd. March 6th, I was told that materials were ordered, March 14th I was told the product would be in next week. March 26th I requested an update, March 27th I was told they would start the next Wednesday. April 8th I asked for a job update. April 16th they would be onsite April 24th. April 24th no show, April 30th, see you Monday/Tuesday. They did come but the job was not satisfactory, I was talking with employee that preformed work. June 2nd I contacted ****** to call us regarding the job. There were several conversations and I was told I could get a full refund. June 27th I again contacted ****** that we had not heard from him about correcting the job so I wanted a full refund. I was promised a check the next week. July 1st I was told that I would have a check that week. July 7th, I emailed The Outdoor Group/ ****** ******* and requested our refund. July 8th I received an email from The Outdoor Group stating I will be sure to have you a check this week We Still have not received our money!
