I made a $77,000 purchase on a new 2025 Ram Rebel with the Hurricane engine. Ten days into ownership of the *** I purchased the *** is grossly overstated by the manufacturer. I contacted Landers Mclarty and requested options to exchange the vehicle. I put 750 miles on the vehicle. I asked for a quote on an $85,000 Ram. The quote I received (happy to publicly share the signed quote) showed that my $77,000 purchase was now worth $52,000. I was floored and severely upset. It just showcases how badly people are taken advantage of by this group of dealerships. Please do your part to get the word out around the unfair business practices executed by this group. It doesn't matter what brand you purchase, the business was practices will be the same. ******** ********.

The service department is the worst! About a month ago, my check engine light went off and when my husband ran the diagnostic, it came up as a transmission problem. I've had several problems with this service department before, but I thought I would give them one last chance since this seemed to be a bigger issue. I went to the service department first thing the next morning and they told me that I would need an appointment before they could look at it. Then once I made the appointment, I would have to wait ***** hours before a diagnosis. For what appeared to be a transmission problem. Who has that kind of time? And money because I would need a rental in the mean time. This was the last straw and I will never be back again. If I could give zero stars, I would.Needless to say, I found another place to go that same morning. They took my Dodge Caravan and had the transmission rebuilt in 3 days. This place wouldn't have even diagnosed my car in that time, even when I knew what the problem was.

I purchased a Used Certified Vehicle from Landers on May 17, 2024. During the test drive the vehicle was fine. I put down a total of ******* on a 2020 ******* Elantra. On May 27, 2024 the vehicle began to make a rattling noise and wobble awful. I called Landers and had a service apt scheduled the next week. During the service appointment I was told the sway bars were worn. I was told because of the Factory Warranty I had to take it to a ******* Dealership. The ******* Dealership in ********** couldnt get me in until July 31. When I called Landers back to inform them of the info to see if i had other options for repair, I was told "Unfortunately, No". I called the ******* dealership in ******* and was given an apt the second week of June, that apt day I was called and told the apt had to be canceled because the *******' Dealership had a Cyber Crash. I was rescheduled to July 3rd. On July 5th I was called by Greenway ******* of ******* and told it wasnt the sway bars. That the vehicle needed a front end alignment, Brakes, and Tire Rod. Upset, I called Landers back and gave this information. I was scheduled for yet another service apt on July 8th. I spoke with the Sales Manager and told him my frustrations and what were my options if i didnt want to keep the vehicle. He said" well you just cant give the car back" He told me he would get with the service manager to see what he could do. That day the brakes were repaired, they said but yet I was still told I had to have the Tire Rod ******** by ******* due to Warranty. My car was scheduled for service repair with Greenway again two weeks after. I was then called and asked if the vehicle had been wrecked as it looked like some things had been tampered with and if thats the case Warranty Wouldnt Cover Repairs. I didnt get a carfax with my purchase, however i called and was told the vehicle indeed had been wrecked in February! Landers will not fix the repair!!!!!!

Made a deal on a new Ram truck. After running my credit , the dealership tells me the truck has already been sold, but don't worry they have a more expensive truck instead. Totally unacceptable to damage someone's credit with an inquiry when you don't even have the vehicle. Avoid this dealer.

This was a customer that we were working over the phone. A customer that was in the dealership at the same time agreed to buy the truck. The manager that was working that was working with him on the phone didn't realize we had just sold the truck when he was getting credit. We realized about 15 minutes later. Offered a good deal on another truck, but customer was not happy with that offer.

Bought a car and was told it was looked at by their service department. Brought the car back many times to the dealership to get it the issues resolved. Since there were many issues with the car, they sold me another car. I was told by the sales supervisor that they made sure everything was in good order. I asked them to make sure all the filters were looked at. They told me that the oil change was done, and all the filters were good. Had the car for 4 months, found out that the air filter was never changed. The dealership does not care to make it right!! They are only after making a sale, not customer service!!! I feel they are crooks, and will lie to your face!! Never will I buy anything from them again!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Poor excuse of a service department. I purchased a 22 ******** and have mistakenly brought it here 3x for various warranty work-each time promised a loaner vehicle like is part of the Wagoneer promiseEACH TIME after making the appointment and the need for the loaner known, being told THE *** OF that the loaner wouldnt be available. The third time they never even contacted me, I had to call THEM to double check everything was good before driving over just to be given the run around.then finally at near closing time being told the loaner wasnt returned and in the entire city of Huntsville, not a single Enterprise had a comparable size vehicle they could put me in to complete the work Ive been scheduled and waiting for for two MONTHS!!! Two whole months. To say I am frustrated is the understatement of the century. So now here I sit with warranty parts I am not allowed to take possession of and work that needs completed. Landers has zero nearby competitors for Jeep so perhaps that is the reason for total s*^%t service or maybe it comes from the top and whoever manages this excuse of a dealership.
