    Customer service was wonderful. Markus worked for 3 hrs to clear my drain. He would not give up. He was very successful. He was also the most kind and polite person. I highly recommend Roto Rooter!

    We had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink with garbage disposal. L Rooter technician came unclogged the drain. Left a mess. But he got the drain fixed. He stayed on his phone a lot while he was working. I know that they may get a business call, but personal calls while working is unprofessional. After he left my house I started cleaning the mess that he left. Then I noticed we had a leak from the pipes. I called him back and he came back later. Apparently he didn’t tighten the pipes.
    All is well now. Disappointed on the professional level of the company.

    I choose Roto-Rooter ********** because they are highly competent and know what they're doing. However, my latest experience was not 100%. The tech left grease stains from tools on the carpet, many smudges on the wall, did not wear protective shoe coverings, and scuffed a painted handrail. More attention and care should be given to protecting the home's interior. It's not an industrial setting.The job was performed well and in a timely fashion, but at the high price we were charged I expected better care to be taken inside.
