I engaged the company to repair a broken sewer line from a house. The minimum would have been to replace the clean-out fixture and connect to the house and existing sewer line. The Tech convinced me that I needed to replace the whole line from the house to the utility company line. The excavator left dirt over a large area that I had to clean up and a very rough pile on the ditch he dug. They had spent about 3 hours including waiting a half hour for them to fetch extra pipe. I was left feeling that I got bad advice and grossly overpaid.

The estimate, pricing and details to perform the repairs were given on 1/23/23 and that exact work was done and completed on 2/6/23. The work that was done was necessary and all pricing was upfront, clear and concise. In using excavators to do these kinds of repairs, we agree that mud does and can leave a bit of a mess, it is the nature of the job. 5 starsFrom start to finished there is nothing I could complain about. Highly satisfied. I called this afternoon to see if there was any way they could get me on the schedule that would work with my busy schedule. I was shocked and relieved to be on the schedule and someone at my door within an hour. **************, our plumbing technician was on time, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked cleanly and efficiently while unclogging our kitchen sink. He was very upfront about services to be performed and their costs before starting any work. He completed the job in a timely manner. We are so relieved to have a working kitchen sink again and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!Review fromJohn L
