    Complete scam artists. They wont reply to any emails or calls. They only talk to you when they make up some charge that they want to steal your money. Someone needs to stop this company!

    This Resident most recently submitted four emails / portal request to our company within 5 minutes of one another. A representative of our company called the Resident's phone number (4 times) within 1 hour of receiving their email / portal requests. We have since communicated with the Resident via our portal and their specific Violation has been resolved.


    Regarding their comment about us scamming them out of money, we would like to point out that this Resident is two years behind on paying their ********************* Annual dues.


    Additionally, their claim of us making up charges is completely false. The charge they are referring to is related to our team observing an unauthorized trailer being parked at their property which is not in compliance with the Covenants for their community. This violation has been observed and documented numerous times, and the Resident has been mailed Violation notice letters regarding the matter. The issue was not resolved by the Resident per the rules of the Covenant which led to the Resident being assessed a Fine.

    Terrible company, no accountability and since they are starting to lose control over an HOA they decided to change late fees from $5 to $60 so that they can double the original fees while the residents are actively removing them from the neighborhood. They are untrustworthy and are actively attempting to steal from the residents without the courtesy of trying to call it a service.
