    I paid for a rebuild on my ******* ** on 5/17/24. I shipped the battery to them about two weeks later and have not heard from them since. The post office has verified that the battery has been delivered. L&W has not sent my battery back nor have they responded to three emails with my cell phone number included. It has been over four months and I have heard nothing from them.. I would not have sent my battery to them had I known about their poor customer service. I would like to get my old battery returned and my money refunded. Resolving this issue has been impossible because L&W WILL NOT respond .

    We sent in 2 batteries to be refurbished and its been over 6 months, they wont return emails, calls or fix the batteries and send them back. These batteries are worth almost 1000. 00. Want a refund and the batteries back ASAP

    I send my ****** battery to L&W Battery in February with a credit card payment of $54.00. I called and left phone messages several times in March requesting updates. On ***** ** 2024, I received an email that my battery had been shipped via **** with a tracking number. Tracking indicated it had no been picked up, and then voided the shipment. I sent numerous emails and got occasional responses indicating it would ship next day and was apologetic. Still no battery. And now, no email response. I would just buy a new or used battery, but none are available anywhere. So I’m stuck with a $500 laser that is useless. I’m afraid he has sold it to someone.

    In early April I sent my ******** battery for refurbishment. *****************************************************************************
    I should have realized that this is a shady operation because there is no listed phone number. I never received the battery back. A man named William L*** responded to only two of several emails. Here is the last one—****-24.

    my apologies for the delay in response. For some reason your e-mail was going to my spam folder and after I was notified from ****** about the review, I did not catch it. I have your battery shipping out by this weekend, or at the latest this upcoming Monday. I will upgrade the shipping to help make up for the lost time. Tracking information will be provided once it ships.

    This business is clearly a scam. People send them product and money and the company keeps both.

    I sent 2 ***** ***** ****** ** batteries by *** ****** J*** ** **** and it was delivered ********* **** ** ****. I've tried contacting this business and he ignores my phone calls and emails. It's been past the regular allotment for business days to fix my equipment. Now I would like a refund or some information when it will be finished and sent out if he chooses to refund, he must send back my two ***** ***** batteries to me.

    I thought I was ordering 2 rebuilt batteries from L&W Battery but I mistakenly read the description and was unaware I was supposed send batteries in for rebuild. I explained this to ******* **** in an email (thread attached) that I did not have 2 batteries to send them. I have not heard anything from them since I sent the first email on *******. As I explained in my email, I simply do not have the budget to absorb the $196 that I am out due to this error.

    Sent a ******** **** **** Battery for a rebuilt on approx. *********. I emailed him to see if he received the battery via ****. I received a phone call stating he has the battery. I sent $75 via ****** to cover the cost of the repair. I was told that the battery would be repaired and returned by January. It is now March and multiple times I have requested either he return my battery and my money or tell me the status of the repair. He does not return my inquire either by phone or email.

    On ******** I purchased battery replacement service for ***** **** ******** ***** machine from L&W Battery. Simultaneously, I bought the same service from a similar company in *****. I shipped in 1ea battery to both companies the following day. On *** *** **** I asked both companies for an update and the ***** company ***vided update, tracking # and the ***duct arrived 2 days later. In the meantime, no response from L&W Battery. On *** *** **** L&W replied that battery would be returned the following week. Two weeks later, nothing... I reached out again and he said that the battery has been shipped and that he upgraded shipping to a 2 day (same story other customer complaint about). He ***vided a bogus tracking # that never was active. When confronted via email he said he doesn't have that particular battery that would take more time and money. Then he blame me on not following instructions of services offered. I simply ask why not refund the money and return un-repaired handle right away rather than keeping it for a month. He replied in a rude manner. He stated that he will ***cess a refund and return the un-repaired battery handle. I just discovered the many complaints with the BBB against this company and I don't see him following up his good will unless the credit card/Paypal or BBB intervenes. ****DO NOT DO BUSINNESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL**** He is taking customers for a ride.
