    I wish I had researched this company and the reviews as well! I would give zero stars if I could. I sent my turbo battery in to them 4 months ago now. They sent me an email saying it would ship out on Monday, after I inquired where it was? That was 6 weeks ago. I called a couple weeks later and he was super apologetic, saying they were having trouble getting the parts. And no, they hadn't actually mailed it yet. I am at my wits end at this point, I need my turbo fixed!! He sent me an email last week that he was sorry, but he can't get the parts to fix it. That he would send it back, and I would get a "credit" on my next order. Like I would EVER be stupid enough to send anything to them again! I told him I wanted a refund unless he fixes my battery. Radio silence ever since. I am also going to contact the BBB. DO NOT use L&M Battery!! *******************

    I'm so sorry I didn't pre-search this company before engaging with them on battery re-cell work. I would never have considered them if I had saw their poor performance reviews.
    I've called and emailed to get a status of where they are with my work order and there is no response. I don't even know if they are still in business, holding my rare batteries or what.
    Asking BBB to inquire when my order will be completed and returned whole. I need these items back asap to continue in my work. I will find some other firm to complete the re-cell work if this L-W Battery firm cannot execute.
