      THIS IS THE WORSE company to work with after they get your money you are chop liver. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I plan on calling my lawyer and seeing what we can do to get some of our money back. they have completely ignored us, and are refusing to take phone calls. the trim out was supposed to be done today and Wednesday they refused to give us a time when they would be out and they refused to give us a number so we may contact the contractor. the contractor calls me today at 12:30 and says his guy had a blow out this morning and was now on his way up it is 4pm and the guy never showed. The trailer was a repo and when they took it they cut this trailer up like a sloppy plastic surgeon, they just cut and said forget who gets it next we have put thousands and thousands of dollars into it already and we can't even live in it.we have had electricians, a/c techs, plumbers all say the way they sliced this trailer up badly and all the extra work they are going to have to do to make it right. We had to install our own locks because they couldn't find keys. the girl we have been working with in service has given us every excuse to they have lost staff members to she doesn't know she will have to call us back. I'm still waiting on a call back from last week. if i didn't call her everyday at least 2 times i wouldn't know anything at all. the sales lady we had ******* is now inputting herself in the service part of the sale and can i say what a joke she is. she tried to sale me appliances for $1600.00 that were supposedly new i had to send her pictures of the grime build up in the dishwasher and the food stains in the fridge to get her to take it off my final price. this is only the tip of the iceberg with these people. i will be leaving a good review and they shouldn't be up for any awards anytime soon. Buyer beware!!!

      Had gone there looking at Mobile Homes when exiting one of the units, door slammed against step hand post when grabbing post s**** were missing (not fasten down) loss **************** my lower exterminties.....ankle swallon, knees, etc.

      ******************** contacted Emerald Homes on August 12, 2024 to alert to an alleged incident that occurred on August 10, 2024. An internal investigation lead to the conclusion ******************** entered the property after business hours through the rear entrance. The rear entrance is a contractor only entrance with multiple "No Trespassing" signs. Property video surveillance shows ******************** entering and exiting the property but does not have video of any incident.
