May 13, 2021 I was at ODC of Madison for an ultrasound procedure. Health insurance information was provided, and no upfront payment was collected. At the beginning of July 2022, we received a bill with a balance of $157.00 for the procedure. Having been more than a year and having paid money at another time I called to get clarification on July 7, 2022. After talking with a representative about the procedure and the bill received that had a statement date of 5/23/22 (not received until July) I agreed that the money was owed, and we paid the $157.00 bill through our online bank account.

On July 25th, I received a call from a collection agency for the $157.00. I told them I had paid the bill. On July 27, I called their billing department to discuss the issue. They then stated that we owed another $157.00 for the same ultrasound procedure. They have never presented a bill or communicated with us on this additional $157.00. The agent stated that she would put this into review. I called on August 1, to the billing department and asked to talk to a supervisor regarding the issue and get an update on the review. Becky was supposed to email me additional information regarding this additional $157 and call me back 8/3. Neither has happened. I want the collection agency removed, ensure my credit score is not impacted, and eliminate any other charges they think we owe but cannot present! (We maintain a credit score in the 800s.)
