    I had an order for a simple X-*********** was an error on the order from my Dr's **** I called the Dr's *** & asked them to fax a corrected copy. I waited about an ********* still had not come in. I decided to go run errands. I received a call from the Dr.'s *** stating that they had faxed the order 3 times & had confirmation. I informed the front desk staffer that it had been faxed 3 times. With a disrespectful tone when I told her (she stated she was not there & had been out to lunch). I asked her did she see them in the ************ stated that it takes 15 mins to come through. It didn't take 15 mins to come as she stated. She had terrible attitude & disrepectful tone. I asked her what was their review process. Strangely, I was asked by the Xray tech why was taking the Xray. I said the reason is listed on the order however; based on the *************** she displayed; I decided to comply with the question by giving the reason for the visit. After my Xray, I asked for a superviser to tell how I was treated. The Xray tech told there was no one supervisor there. She also stated that they are nationwide. I truly felt she was trying to keep me from making a report. I asked again. The Xray tech pointed to the exit & in a very loud disrepectful, absolutely shocking voice told me to get out! I felt belittled for asking for help. I start walking down the hall & saw another employee & asked if she could help & get someone in charge to talk to me. I She left & returned w/******. I informed both of them what had occurred during my visit. ****** said that there are people that are in higher authority. As a 24 year Army veteran I knew that. There are too many other places to get Xrays & this is not the place. I also I told him the two staffers made their entire center look like clowns! So unprofessional! They created a hostile envirnoment. All I needed was a simple X-ray. Learn how to treat all people ******************** Getting good health care is important!
