We were very upfront with you about our service call fees and you agreed to pay. We gave you the diagnostic you paid for and you declined any further service. If you were able to fix your problem on your own based on our diagnostic, you should not be refunded for that.

We drove out from ********** to *******. and hit a big bump on the freeway. The cabinets in the kitchen fell off the wall The cabinets, dinette, microwave, and the washer and dryer were destroyed. We left it with Tennessee Valley RV outside of ********** AL at the end of October and it was ready to be picked up just last week (February 2025). My husband made the drive to pick it up. When he got there it was dark and snowing. He had to pay an additional $3k to pick it up. This was above the $14k that the insurance company paid and covered all of the repairs per ****) My husband asked why the additional money was needed and they told him that was the final balance. The insurance company has reached out numerous times and they have yet to return the call to them. Right now we are on the hook for it because the insurance company cannot get an updated invoice. My husband asked to go through the trailer to make sure all repairs we paid for were done. The man told him due to the snow they were leaving and didnt have time to go through and left. When he got in the trailer, the next morning, he found the microwave was not replaced and doesnt work, the trim around the microwave is the original all bent up from the accident, the cabinets have no trim, the doors replace have no locking hinges, the shelves that were to be built in the cabinets were the washer and dryer was was empty with no shelves. The wall where the washer and dryer came off of was not repaired. On the outside of the trailer, the cover to one of the storage compartments was also not repaired. Mind you, all of these thing were sent to the insurance company on the invoice as being replaced and fixed. That was the $14k agreed upon work. Not to mention some unknown reason we had to come up with the additional $3k we had to pay for an unknown reason. I wish we could have worked this out with them, but since they will not return our phone calls and emails we have no other option.

Hi Mrs. ******* We have attempted to reach out to you using the only number we had - your husband, who was our main and only point of contact during the repairs - numerous times to no avail. We highly suggest talking to your husband, as he can probably clear most of your questions. He left here happy and satisfied. But just to shed some light on your concerns -
    1. It was not dark at 2 pm, nor was it snowing?, when your husband picked up your trailer. Both our service manager and the owner were here and went through the camper with your husband. You were not present, so I am not sure how you can truthfully speak to anything that occured at the time of pickup.
    2. The money that you owed above and beyond your insurance claim was due to the CUSTOM DINETTE that your husband had us build and install in your unit. When your unit arrived, it had a table and chairs. Unfortunately, ****** will not let me post pictures, but that is thoroughly documented. Insurance doesn't pay for custom upgrades; they only paid for the damage your unit incurred.
    3. Again, it was not dark or snowing when you husband picked up in the early afternoon and 2 of our staff members spent almost an hour going through the unit with your husband. You were not present.
    4. Your husband told us to use your old microwave and trim ring. Your husband also told us the exact concessions to make in order to save money on the repairs. Again, you should really discuss all this with him, as he was the one who discussed all this with us.
    5. And finally, we have already discussed all of this with your insurance company. They understand. As did your husband when he picked up your unit at a sunny 2 pm and went through it with our staff.

The Tennessee Valley RV *************** Stranded with an ** that had more issues than a soap opera plot? Tennessee Valley RV Service Center to the rescue! **** and his crew are the unsung heroes of the ** world, turning family emergencies into family legends with their lightning-fast, top-notch service. They juggle parts like circus performers, getting you back on the road when you least expect it. If your **'s having a mid-life crisis, these folks speak its language. Trust me, you'll leave thinking you've witnessed a modern miracle.

DO NOT USE TENNESSEE VALLEY RV. For full review as it exceeds 2000 characters, go to their ******** account and read. Im not the only one who says not to use them. Owner is a lack of one and employee who says she is an owner is disrespectful. They overcharge and dont respect customers. Dont make the mistake we did and find a more reputable RV Service center that will treat you fair and with respect.

Let it be known that the owners of Tennessee Valley RV will not allow ourselves or our staff to be subjected to verbal abuse, demands, and harassment at the hands of any customer. Not only was your work completed in a timely manner, but we worked with you to provide significant discounts when your extended warranty would not provide you with full coverage for your issues. You personally came and signed off on the work once it was completed, and then left your RV for sale with our consignment program. You had a more than reasonable offer for the sale of your RV back in January 2024, which you chose not to accept. You were only denied any further services (services beyond the original scope of work that you felt like you were entitled to and in fact demanded from us) after you repeatedly disrespected both owners and the majority of the staff members you encountered.

I will state that everything that I am writing here is 100% accurate. Unfortunately the statement that you responded with here and the other platforms I left reviews, on are 100% completely false. You stated that you were the owner and if that is true, then you need to step back and learn respect. You had my ** for 8 months in which started as repairs and you were supposed to consign it, but the ball got dropped and it sat there as you have had 2 employees leave and no one including the owners followed through as I was told by **** that the employees left and he was really behind. The extended warranty covered all of the repairs that were needed, but your prices were so high and exceeded their allowances to pay in full. I was stuck with it there as I am an hour away and had no help in transportation. The work that was supposed to be done was not completed and you refused to walk me through the work that was done. You lost my second set of keys and we never received the key for the external compartment you said you fixed and the front entry key doesn't work even though it was a part of the warranty. The front steps stopped working and the back AC doesn't blow out either and that was a part of the warranty. You state that I had a reasonable offer and it valued at $110,000 and saying a $70,000 offer is reasonable is ridiculous. At the time of the offer, NO ONE even looked into the value of the ** as the ball was dropped and it just sat there. You stated that I was denied service after I disrespected both owners and the majority of the staff members that I encountered in which is absolutely false. I never disrespected **** as we only texted a couple of times and spoke a couple regarding him confirming that the ** was finally getting cleaned inside and outside as it was supposed to many months prior. I found him nice and we never had altercations. The guy that was there the day I came in to pick up the ** was never disrespected. He even came out to show me some issues as the generator wouldn't come on and the ** was dead inside as it sat so long. He was helping me when you stormed out to the ** and demanded that he get out and that you are refusing the right to help me anymore for no reason. All I wanted was for him or someone to walk me through the setup of the warranty work you say you all performed and over charged for with your prices being so high. BBB has your ratings of 1.89/5 - 2 star out of 9 reviews in which ************** (says she is the owner and the name matches the emails that I have) and you self rated yourself a 5 star acting as a customer but you say you are the owner. As a business owner myself, I would never ever treat anyone the way you treated me and many other customers as I have went through ********* Yelp, and BBB and while you may have good reviews, you also have a lot of the same reviews that I am leaving. When a customer isn't happy and they discuss it with you, then you get all mad and refuse service to them and kick them out. I never raised my tone to you nor did I didn't threaten you. All I did was sit on your loveseat and call the police in hopes of some assistance. I was quiet on the phone, you had no customers nor phone calls other than the one you made and left the front office. You stated I was interrupting business and disturbing the customers, but yet when I stated that you had no customers or phone calls you stated to me "Well I have other reasons why I want you out of here" I stated to you that it is ok for you to not like me but I stated that you didn't need to speak to me.. your actions reflect your character and if you are the owner as you state that you are, then you have a lot to learn. I know that customers aren't always right, but neither are owners and no one needs to disrespect anyone, especially the owners. I will make sure that no one does service with you. I would not recommend your establishment ever. As I stated before, I read through every review that has been left for you and every single customer that left you all a negative review (even quite a few recently) and you always come back at the customer and blame them. I wish you no negativity, but I certainly would not spread Tennessee Valley RV to no one. I do want to say thank you to the gentleman that was in the office who tried to make it right and help show me some things. He was pleasant and helpful and he was thrown into the fire by the owner *************** I also want to thank **** the owner for trying to do the right thing. We never had a issue either. Best of luck

Some advice for fellow RV owners:Anybody out there have an RV in need some service or repair? I have a tip for you DO NOT EVER USE TENNESSEE VALLEY RV (******************************************). I recently dealt with them on my 2018 Class B RV and I am certain they lied to me and greatly overcharged me for the work that they did. In fact, one of the items I asked them to complete was a simple oil change in my generator and they destroyed it by overfilling the oil reservoir (it started smoking like crazy as soon as I arrived home and tried it). I tried to reason with them and they insisted that my generator just failed on its own - even though I have taken good care of it and it only has **** hours of use. I was promised a call back from the service person (which never happened) and they now have started ignoring my emails. Dont make the same mistake I did

On May 16, 2023 we spoke with ***** at the front office the service manager at Tennessee Valley RV LCC regarding servicing the ** for our Airbnb Tiny Home **. The ** left our home on May 17th with the companies outsourced driver in great condition. ***** called ** back on May 20th with an update on the ** and compliment ** on how nice the tiny home ** looked. Stated "The ** was one of the nicest ** they have seen" by ***** and several service workers. We were told that ** was in great conditions the only issue he could see was we needed to update the electrical panel at our home from 15amp to 30amp. We paid the balance and paid the outsourced driver for Tennessee Valley RV. On Friday June 9th at 11:24pm the ** was returned with a horrible smell with food left in the sink and maggots surrounding the counter tops and floors. The ** chair was broken in half and the bathroom was filled with insects. We contacted ***** and he explained that Tennessee Valley RV had a bad technician that they had to fire due to these issues. He would rectify the issues early Monday morning. On Monday June 12th we called the ** service back at 9am ***** informed ** once again that we would be taking care of he doesn't see a problem in taking care of the damage. Around 3pm ***** called and changed his entire story. He called and said that the ** technician said the food was in the microwave and he did not sit down on the furniture at all. He was not reliable for any issues or damages. Called on June 13,2023 asking to speak to the manager. I wanted to make sure that there was no refund or way to reconcile the issues. ***** answered the phone and get really ugly with me. She stated that she personally felt that we were trying to get an "Unnecessary a** refund". She was not going to waste time talking to me for another 15 minutes. "GET THE LAWERYS INVOLVED" and did not allow me to talk with the managers.

Spoke to owner about mobile service I received. He explained to me in no uncertain terms that they didnt like to do business with people like me. His words. They like doing business with people who are wealthy and realize that for him to pull a technician off of a job in his shop, where he routinely gets 10, 15 or 20 thousand dollars per job, that I should consider myself lucky that they even come at all. Arrogant and pretentious. I see why they are not members of the BBB. They replaced one connection on sink and a piece underneath. Took less than 15 minutes first time and 20 minutes second time. He had to come back second time because he brought no parts first time, even though the service manager said he would. All together I paid them $517 and it still leaked. Do not use these people for any thing at all

These guys were amazing. We were stuck well traveling across the **. They made everything work smoothly and got back on the road within the shortest time possible. I've never seen someone work so diligently as **** did to help us. The follow-up was fantastic. This country needs more shops like this all over the nation to help RVers like us!! Kudos to this team.

Tennessee Valley RV had our unit for over a month. Mind you, we only have put about **** miles on it and the interior was in perfect condition. Having spent over $5000 with them over the past year - batteries, getting the roof resealed (because they said it needed it), winterizing, dewinterizing, washing, replacing the awning lights, and putting a new lock on the outdoor kitchen, we expected better. Upon picking up our RV, it was returned to us with our things thrown about and dirty. Whatever they put on the bench seat permanently put small holes in it. The driver's seat was torn to shreds like someone with a toolbelt sat in it and scratched it up. There were other small tears as well. We immediately called **** and sent him the pictures. He said he would get back to us with some answers - possibly replacing or reupholstering. He said he was sorry and that he had fired three techs that week. We waited for his phone call for a week. Nothing. My husband then called and was told they were just talking about it and what could be done and would call us back. Again, nothing. My husband waited a week and called them back only to be told that the tearing was due to normal wear and tear. I'm sorry, we keep our RV spotless. It was immaculate when we brought it in. To look at it now breaks my heart. We will never do business with these unscrupulous people again. Beware!
