      Started TDI service in January 2024. In September 2024, a TDI technician treated our lawn for weeds and shortly thereafter noticeable spots of good grass began to look as if it were dying. The spots continue to look bad and the company was called. The technician came back out and later called to say he found a worm and he and his supervisor said we had worm damage. The bad areas look like spot sprayed areas not worm infestation. The only areas on the property to have these spots are in the section designated as yard for the lawn service company. There were no similar spots in the adjourning pecan orchard. The company was written in November letting them know it did not seem prudent to have a company taking care of the lawn killing the grass, and the September statement was not being paid. Heard nothing from the company until receiving a letter dated February 27, 2025, from a collection agency saying we owed the company $206. On March 11, 2025, the collection agency said they would send billing information which has yet to come. Cannot understand why the company did not make written or verbal contact with me prior to send the account to a collection service. Since I have always maintained good credit, this is very upsetting to me.

      We have had TDI services for a number of years and have been satisfied with the service. we have recently moved from ***************** in ********** to Huntsmen Ln in *******. we prepaid TDI in January for all the treatments in 2024 for the property on ***************** After a call to TDI it was decided that we would receive a refund for the rest of the year and when we got settled in on Huntsmen we would start a new service. After many calls, i have been promised a refund check, which i have never received. TDI has been taken over by Fairway lawns and when i am called i get bounced back and forth between TDI and Fairway lawns with both pointing the finger at the other for the problem. I get **** Informed Mail Delivery Notices and there has not been any mail from either TDI or Fairway lawns, which is an indication that i have not received the refund. the last call, i was promised a call back with an explanation, which didn't happen. any help in recovering my refund would be appreciated.

      At the beginning of calendar year 2024 I paid Turf Doctor, *** (**********************) an annual fee of $425.60 for a year's service of lawn care treatment. I have been with ********************** for over ten years. In the first few years their service was adequate. The lawn was fertilized and pre-emersion for weed care throughout the growing season applied and effective. In the 4th quarter of calendar year 2023 and throughout 2024 the service has been awful. My lawn is full of weeds and the bermuda grass is dying. I called the Madison ********************** office asking to speak to a manager. After a month no one has called. I terminated my service with ********************** and believe I am entitled to a full refund of the $425.60 since whatever service they claim was provided was totally ineffective. I have three neighbors who also used ********************** for lawn care treatment. They all also canceled their service for the same reason I write this complaint.

      As requested, a full refund has been made.  The customer should received a check early this week.
