      They are a disappointing zero customer service company!I have been a customer for *******. I use their lawn, termite, and pest control services. Last year I got my parents enrolled.However, for three weeks Ive attempted to get them to treat my lawn for uncontrollable weeds! Ive called 3x times and requested a call from a manager!To date no one has come to my home and no one has called me back! How many times do I need to call? When will someone call me to assist?

      We are sorry we have not provided the service you deserve and we strive to provide. A manager will be out today to check your lawn, and if youre home, speak with you. If not home, he will follow up with a call after his visit.

      Contracted with TDI for approximately 6 months and at the very beginning, we explained (in detail our) concern about weeds and the general poor appearance of our lawn, After several verbal complaints to TDI, the area manager visited on May 2nd and tried to explain away why our lawn looked worse than any lawn in the neighborhood. He finally promised a technician would service our lawn on Monday, May 5th and gave us instructions to prepare for that visit. He also stated that he would 'personally' check up on the lawn in a few days. Well, Monday came and went and NO ONE showed up, and NO ONE bothered to call us with any excuse or to reschedule.I sent ****, the area manager, a text message that we were disappointed in the lack of service and that TDI was 'fired'. They care so little about their customers that he didn't bother to respond

      We apologize for the confusion as we mistakenly entered the service call date for 5/15 rather than 5/5. The offer we made to Mr. ****** until we satisfied his expectations remains should he decide to give us a second chance.

      They are very slow to return for follow up treatments when you call and leave a message for them and no one ever answers the phone at the ********** location so its difficult to get in touch with them. If the office would answer the phones and if the staff would inform the technicians about the requested follow *** they would get a 5.
