      This company needs to be dealt with. The 'director of claims' does not know how to open attachments or zip files. She and her company damaged personal items which can never be replaced. I have sent her pictures and she refuses to help. The packing of my household goods in ***** by ******* Worldwide was the worst in the 46+ years of moving around the country.

      This business preys on military members, because military members generally have no other option. They deliberately confuse the process, prolong it, and generally do everything possible to hinder a successful claim outcome. The customer **********************, when you can reach them, is generally pleasant, until you realize that they absolutely have no interest in ACTUALLY helping you. In other words, as soon as you get off the phone, they have moved on with no intention of actually following through with whatever they promised you that they would do. I have spent literally months, nearly a year now, for a simple claim. If they say they will get back to you, don't hold your breath, because it isn't going to happen. The method they use is the passive "southern" aggressive type; the "well, aren't you a dear!"-type as they desperately want to get off the phone and back to buffing their nails. The *** has failed its members by continuing to employ these vultures.

      Coleman Moving is the worst moving company that I have dealt with in 25 years of moving in the Army. Very poor packing, packers and movers were late daily. One of the packers stole $** out of my 11 year old daughters wallet. Completely unresponsive until I got *****d off and started filing multiple complaints. Now, 4 months after my move EAGLE Claims services will not return an email after I settled damage claims. I have emailed multiple times to receive my damages check with no response. You will be better off just moving yourself, than dealing with any of these incompetent people.
