      I can't say enough good things about those who packed our belongings. They did an excellent job. We had many breakable items, lots of dishes, glasses, glass cookware, pictures, etc. Only a very few of these arrived damaged. However, that's where the great service ended. Whoever scheduled the move (1600 square ft house, estimated by the moving company personnel to be 13550 lbs) sent a truck that was ALREADY 60% FULL!!! This resulted in them having to send additional trucks and personnel. Given this was not planned, chaos ensued due to no single person being in charge. Items were being loaded without identifying tags, the required forms weren't being filled out. I called the move coordinator and complained. She then made a call to the personnel on site and some, not much, but some order was restored. So, instead of all of my items being on one truck, they are now on 3 different trucks. Two of those are local trucks, so I'm told the items in them will be taken to the local warehouse and packed on a long distance truck. What I'm NOT TOLD is that they won't arrive along with the items loaded on the originally scheduled long distance truck. Then, the long distance truck breaks down. DIDN'T receive any communication for days from the move coordinator. Finally, 3 days after original delivery date, the truck driver called to say he'd be here the following day. When he arrived, he off loaded items he had on the long distance truck and asked me to sign forms indicating delivery of ALL items. I refused to sign forms for items that weren't on his truck and therefore not delivered. After some discussion he finally relented and wrote that items weren't included on the forms. It It's now 3 + weeks since my guaranteed delivery date and I'm still waiting on about 4500 lbs of items. I have yet to hear from anyone in management despite repeated requests

      Military family move. Noticed upon delivery that we were missing at least 20 boxes and they had delivered items that weren’t even ours. When I asked how they handled the misrouted items I was told by the driver and crew that anything brought back to their facility was going to be thrown in the dumpster.
      Driver was checking off items from our itinerary that I had not seen be delivered and he left without giving me my copies so I didn’t even know what I was missing until I contacted the office and they sent me scanned copies. (Office staff were great).

      I have moved out of state three times and this was by far the worst. Not because things were damaged but plain lost! The communication was awful and I never really felt like I knew what was going on. I hate to give a one star bc the driver and the movers were great but unfortunately the office was the issue. The load before us went over and instead of making them have overflow they did it to us. We had to have a second truck come and load the rest not really knowing much. The load finally came but we had several items missing. I realized a car seat was missing soon after the driver left so I called. He said if it was in the next load he would drop it off to the office and they would over night it. We went through our whole list and started realizing more was missing. Weeks have gone by and finally I was told the driver had the car seat and stroller in his truck. Not sure why he has been driving around for weeks with them. That was last week. Still no updates on when we will get them back or if the other items have been found. This is the main part of the issues. The communication has been so awful. I was told one thing by a driver and a different thing by the office so not sure what to believe. I don’t love any moving company but please don’t use them. They tell you you can get free boxes but when I went to get them they were mostly in pretty bad shape so I didn’t use many. The company just seems super unorganized. And when there is an issue they all just send it to the main guy in charge. He helps until he probably has to move onto another issue. Nothing really gets resolved. It’s just been awful.
