      After running into problems with 2 movers contacted several months before our move, I found Coleman/Allied. They were superb! From the first contact, we felt well treated. When a representative came out to assess our needs, he was thorough and professional and assured us that we would not be paying any more than the estimated amount, and it could be less if the weight was less. All true! In fact the estimate was lower than either of the two previous movers, and the weight came in lower so we paid even less. I would have been willing to pay more just for good service, which we got. Tam E. out of Omaha was our coordinator. She checked in every step of the way. Then we heard from the van driver/mover, Darren W*****. He stayed in touch with us, adjusting to our needs to have the delivery into the window we had been given and not right at the beginning of the window. When Darren and his wife met us, they were outstandingly courteous and careful. They made sure that everything was exactly where we needed it to be and could not have been more accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend Coleman/Allied and will always seek them out for future moves! They're the best!

      14 moves in 28 years, 8 of them international and more damage from the packing and loading than all the other moves together. Spent one day packing and one day loading for almost 13,000 pounds. Very rushed job. Items thrown into a box, literally, with no packing materials, no effort to keep like items together. Parts box was a joke. Bolts, screws, random metal parts in the box, nothing wrapped, nothing labeled. After three weeks still cannot find parts to assemble beds, tables and shelves.
      Never answer the phone, never return messages. Did find out that it was four weeks before our household goods left El Paso because???
      Fortunately Allied international and the local agent in Alaska are helping us with their excellent service and filing the supplemental insurance claim which we fortunately purchased.
      Avoid this company. Moving is not usually a fun thing to do but this company added a whole new level of frustration, anger, disappointed and cost.

      In advance, we were charged the full estimated price for our local move, but in the end the move cost about 40% less than the full estimate. After nearly two weeks since our move, Coleman has not refunded the unused portion of the full price-$*****. They owe us $*K, but admit our money may not be returned for 3 - 4 weeks longer. What a scam. Beware.

      Awful experience. Egregious mishandling and/or “loss” of our items with well over $***** in damages and losses. I would never recommend them and am surprised they are still in business.

      4th military PCS for us and this company broke nearly everything we own. After a no-show/no-call the first pack day, they packed all of our stuff the next day without using a single piece of paper for padding. Needless to say, many things were broken upon delivery. They crammed everything they could into crates (why we had a crated shipment for a CONUS move is beyond me) and they broke every piece of furniture that we shipped. Bicycles, chairs, beds, buffets, EVERYTHING was damaged. Not a single pleasant moment was had with this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you see them on your shipment notification, call and get them changed immediately! They have scathing reviews on here and on the installation facebook groups, yet, they still get contracts. What a joke.

      This is our worst experience moving. Half of our items never arrived and what did arrive is in horrible condition. Damaged and unusable. When they placed our washing machine they destroyed our flooring. The movers did not unpack anything even though it was requested. They also did not place boxes in the correct areas even when they were told which rooms is belongs in. They did not take the empty boxes back after the unpacking my husband and I were doing. Majority of our high value items are gone as well as my husbands pro gear. We are still trying to file a claim as customer service is impossible to get ahold of. They give you the run around and claim they are “still looking” for your items. Do not hire this company if you want your household items to arrive at your next place.

      My husband is active duty army. The army used Coleman to move us from Virginia to Washington. They packed up and moved our stuff on June 27. We arrived in Washington on July 24 and waited for a call that our stuff had arrived. No one called that it had arrived, no one called to ask if we needed it put in storage or if we could set up a delivery date. We called several times trying to find our stuff but there was no status of our stuff in their system. Finally got an update that it was in Washington in storage after multiple calls to the company. We’ve now been trying for the past 2 weeks to schedule delivery to our new address. We’ve called and left messages. Them we get an email being told 2 more weeks until we can get delivery. We write back and tell them it’s unacceptable that it’s taking so long and the day they want to deliver we have back to school stuff to do and the kids start school the next day. We have received no reply since. This is extremely unacceptable. We received no updates about the where abouts of our stuff for weeks, no call to schedule delivery, and no help trying to schedule delivery in a timely manner.

      Prompt response to questions, helpful, accurate assessment of my load; brought me free boxes to use, made schedule change when it arose; moving crew were thorough, fast, efficient, & cheerful. Driver worked hard, kept the pace high, delivered promptly. I hope Zo don’t have to make another long distance move but would definitely call them again.

      Unfortunately we did not see these reviews before hiring this company to move from California to Alabama. To say the move was a disaster would be putting it mildly. Antique furniture arrived with severe damage, legs broken off, gouges in wood, antique pictures and vases smashed. Dozens of items worth thousands of dollars missing. The claims department is a joke- we don’t cover this and that, it’s not our responsibility and so on. Told us to call the police if items are missing! Do not hire these people!
