    Hello went to acquire about a bill talk to ****** in collections with no resolution went to hr department someone supposed to call me regarding the matter never received a call I felt ignored and felt like race had a part of my visit

    The patient and a family member have small balances in collections and have filed for bankruptcy.  On 2/5/25, the patient requested an appointment, but was told by collection clerk that the visit would have to be paid in cash.  On that day, staff confirmed with the court that the confirmation hearing has not yet occurred to approve the bankruptcy plan.  Patient became upset with the comment of the clerk and felt it was discriminatory.  Patient went to HR to file a complaint.  HR told the patient that they would look into it, but patient did not wait for the response and returned to work.  After talking with the **************** HR called the patients number and left a detailed voicemail.

    Scheduled a hearing test for my 2 years old. They set it up for the Providence Location. When we arrived they told me they didn't have the equipment to do the test on a 2 year old there. They scheduled me for there location on **************. test was done there. they billed me for both appointments. Got away with double charge.
