    Consult was August 23rd. My problem is *** They did bloodwork and confirmed I have low testosterone. Had something to sign on computer with details and guess I was taking too long to read so lady just swiped thru the pages and said sign. Told them I have hard time taking stimulants so prescribed a pill they said wouldnt give a problem but it did. I tried it 2 different times not only did it not work but it made me very nervous and jittery! It has been a fiasco from the beginning. Meds not coming in. Calling time after time with no return call. **** in and saw district manager who said we will give you a free year of testosterone and testing and no pills if you wont cancel. Agreed! Call and they say no thats not noted anywhere. Well have him call. Never happened. Unbelievable how many times I have called and NO ONE calls me back. This has been a problem from the getgo and I have tried to resolve calling numerous times saying I want to cancel and same promise. No one ever calls back. They just want the money! I gave them $1000 check and payments on my credit card of $276.00 . They are not interested in your well-being only your money. No organization to their process. One of the nurses told me I wasnt the only one with these complaints. You know its hard enough to deal with this problem and get jerked around by someone youve shared your private matters with that will not address your problems just continue to say we will handle it. NO return call! And then I have to write in with these details of things that are personal and was promised help but all I got was more stress and aggravation. My testosterone is up but thats it! $1766 for one bottle and and one bottle of tadalafil which I cannot use! The total cost was $3800. They are still charging my credit card monthly until I have just now disputed those charges after NO ONE calling me to resolve this matter. All I want is my money back. I do not need more stress! I have given them every opportunity to handle!
