    I responded to a radio ad regarding Montgomery Men's Health on June 19, 2024. The initial visit and attitude of the staff seemed pleasant. After waiting to be seen for what seemed like and hour I was greeted by 4 staff members separately. The first one as I remember drew ****** the second verified my personal information, the 3rd person was a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, and the fourth person was the office manager ***** who explained the cost associated with the plan which was a whopping $7,700.00 including a down payment of $500 which I made that day. Once I agreed to the plan ***** had me sign multiple documents which I signed without fully reading them and getting an understanding of what I was paying for. I was told by phone before arriving that at this initial visit I would receive medication producing results before I left the office that morning. I never received any treatment or medication that day nor any day afterwards. A day or two after my visit I received a call from ****** (Doctor) who I met with at the clinic stating my blood test showed an elevated PSA level and I should abstain from the treatment. I immediately contacted my Doctor who confirmed the results and provided a letter to give to Montgomery Men's Health stating that: *************************** is currently under my medical care for his Urology Men's Health needs. I called the manager ***** but he would not take or return my call after multiple attempts. I advised the receptionist to let **** and ****** know that I would bring the letter and am requesting the balance of $400 of the $500 be returned to me since I cannot participate in the program per my Urologist. I never received any treatment or medication from Montgomery Men's Health and the Manager ***** refused to provide a refund after I spoke with someone at the head office in ***** for Mont. Men's Health. that advised me that once I brought a note from my Doctor to the clinic my money would be returned. I have not received my refund, Help!!
