    I went to get an oil change with a coupon for $25 off and a free top off as they always do. It was only 2 ***s working on 3/13/25 that day. Khalli was the first *** that took my informations. The 2nd *** helped out. They went back and forth as if they did not know what they were doing. So I started paying attention without them noticing. I asked multiple questions and received answer. When it was time to pay, the 2nd *** told me my total would be $ 52 some dollars. I asked about the coupon applied. He says yes. I asked him to do the math. It didn't add up. He proceed to tell me that he gave me a top off on antifreeze. I told him that I didn't asked for a too off. He asked Khalii to come and ****** the issue. He proceeds to tell me the same...It's the policy to top off for free and check all fluids levels. So i asked why was I been charged than. He said it was low. They did not know that I had already check my levels on all fluid levels. I proceeds to asked Khalli when he didn't suggest new wipers or air filter or the wiper fluid. He claimed he did .I explained to him that I have been watching them the whole time and he did not top me off on any fluids and I have a picture of washer fluid ghat he claimed that he really did. I caught him in a lie. He got frustrated with me . I asked for supervisor or owner name. He refused to give me the name. We went back ans forth. He said the the antifreeze only cost $3 plus. I told him if there was a charge for any service that it should have been brought to my attention before any services is rendered. Of course, he got very upset! The first *** told me $52 plus. The 2nd ***( ******* charged me the correct amount after I told him to charge my card and I will leave ans do a review. Between the 2 ***s , they was trying to scam me for more money. I noticed it was 2 other cars there with issues with American lube fast on ***************** in ********** also. Basically, the ***s was charging extra hoping no one would catch on.
