InTown Movers moved my furniture in June 30, 2023! The prices were reasonable but the services rendered was not what is in the contract. Not knowing, I broke all of my stuff down myself! When they got there, they told me my things had to be packed a certain way or they werent going to move it! They arrived at 5:20pm and started to move my things, nothing was wrapped! Based on their contract, they wrap furniture! The guy Rhasaad was smart at the mouth and just throw my stuff on the truck and left wall painting along with many other items and said he dont move bags or boxes. My furniture was scratched and my daughter gaming tv was broken along with gaming chair! They arrived at the new place and had my things on the ground and at 7:11 he said we are done goodbye! I then asked them why cant you put my stuff up, I mean it was already broken down, he said if it was in a box it would be extra mind you wrapping my furniture was listed in their contract and the box bed was moved from the previous address. He got an attitude and said he will put one bed up. He left after and charged my card 600 and the time was supposed to be unlimited but all the guys are outside to leave and no one help set up my things! I thought getting a moving company would make my move smooth but this was by far the worse move ever! I texted him ******* and he told me to call about getting my money back that same evening and now no one will answer!

On 8/27/2022 I hired intown movers in ********** **. to move me from my apartment to storage . The distance of the drive was 1.2miles to my destination. It took the movers 5 hrs to ********* my 2bedroom apartment up. I was told that I would have experienced drivers these were 2 inexperienced boys that were hired . One who was so unprofessional he stayed on the phone the whole time and the other he just moved one item at a time. This moved cost $728. After inspection my storage unit after they placed everything in my storage I noticed that half of my items were stacked so unorganized and I was afraid to pull anything out because it would fall on me and cause injury . I called and made a complaint and was told that if anything was Damaged it would be replaced . At move out i noticed that some of my items were broken. I immediately called in town movers. After sending them multiple emails and pictures. The owner finally called and told me that were not responsible and that because I didnt use them to move me to my final destination they will not pay for the damages. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional for a business.
