  Oh my goodness!!! I truly thought I was going to have a great moving Im xtremely angered and totally disappointed with the quality of service that I got! So much of my furniture and other household goods were completely broken and damaged!!! My bedroom dresser, my large expensive vase was broken, hardware misplaced, and so much more that just really turned my stomach! I hate to put bad reviews, but others need to know about this so they will make better choices! I was charged $1000 for a truck load and the truck wasnt loaded half way to get more furniture into it. Then I was charged another $400 for a second trip for another load, and they still didnt get all of my things!!! I had to spend out more money to get a U-Haul to get my other household goods! They never gave me any compensation for any of the things they damaged and broke! These movers did the worst!!! They promised to mount my TVs on the wall for me to compensate for all the damage, but never did!!! They were not of their word, and cannot be TRUSTED!!! I can truly say, think really well and thorough when making choices on people moving your household goods. This move was completely horrific for Ma. They were not professional at all when handling my furniture! I will never employ them again for any services, and I would say please, dont use their services if you need to move, thats if you value your household goods. Absolutely the worst move ever! I have a 1 star, but wish I did not have to give them that! Choose wisely people. Lower prices do not mean anything when it comes to getting your move done accurately and safely! Think before employing their services. They even say heavy things on my washing machine and broken my lock switch on the lid, and I had to pay a technician $400 to replace that! No kind of compensation for anything! They even broken the prongs taking my tv off the wall and now I cant rehang it!!!! My God!!!! Im just saying, please, dont do it if you value your household goods!!!

  I wish I could give a zero star. ******* is the so-called owner and is a downright scam artist. He's only concerned about collecting payment, which he will intentionally misquote. He requires payment up front (cash, cashier's check, or cashapp), then a little into a move he will leave pretending that he has to go scope out another job, where in reality he's going to immediately cash the cashier's check leaving his workers to complete the move under his obvious pre-discussed instructions to not pick up additional items from a storage unit as promised to ensure a full truck load. I paid him $800 on 1/2/2024 to move me from an apartment to a house. I had been communicating with him for a couple of weeks explaining that I also have a items in a storage unit that I wanted loaded, and that's why I chose his "Truck Load" option. They started out packing the truck neatly, making good use of the available space. Shortly after he left, his remaining guys continued loading. Toward the end they said they wouldn't be able to go by my storage unit because the truck didn't have enough space left. When I looked at the truck and saw how the final items were just thrown in, I was in disbelief. I realized then that I had been taken advantage of and that their plan was never to pick up items from my storage unit. I let the workers know my disappointment and that I realized that I had been deceived. I tried calling ******* but the call would never go through. His workers told me that it was going to be hard to reach him. They said that this is what he does all the time, and they appeared to be "somewhat" remorseful. Sadly, ******* lives in the same apartment complex that I am moving from. I have tried to contact him repeatedly but once he collects your payment, he blocks your calls. This tells me that he knows that his practice is deceptive. In my opinion, he is a "shady, sneaky, deceptive" person all around. Do yourself a favor and choose another moving company.

  I wouldnt give them a one. We were quoted one price to move all of our belongings after submitting pictures of items. They didnt provide a large enough truck then left us responsible for moving all remaining items. They werent meticulous in handling our furniture to include the legs to our sofa, my husbands military coins were scattered and lost. We eventually got them to cough up $150 for the rental of a Uhaul we had to get to move our remaining items. We had to literally ask them to sit an wrap our light colored sofa. The owner ghosted me originally then finally answered my call 2 days later, very unprofessional. He was referred to me from our realtor. We canceled another company we had scheduledbad mistake. I was contacted by the owner which lead me to believe we made the right choice. After the discrepancies happened, he said that he informed me of everything when I called him..I had to remind him, he sought after us for our business. He may work locally but definitely not in state. I try to support my own people but this is a prime example as to why its better to go with what you know workssomeone thats more professional. I didnt get an inventory sheet. I was asked to send photos and or videos of items to be moved the night before the movereally

  I used InTown Movers roughly one month ago and my experience was less than desirable. I was moving from ********** to ********** and was quoted a price of $1000 to be paid up front. Aside from being called 5x on the morning of pick up, the movers showed no respect for my items from the beginning. I had to ask multiple times if they could be more careful with my things. Things that were clearly labeled fragile. I went outside to check their progress and theyd dislocated the outside light from the wall. When asked about it, the gentleman that drives the black truck, stated oh well, I didnt do it; the maintenance people here should be able to put it back on. And there was no attempt to fix it. The same gentleman was rude and spoke as if I was not standing there when referencing the other movers. Upon arriving to the location in Pelham, my things still were not being regarded. Whomever the driver was at the time did not care that there were speed bumps nor that my things were on the back of the truck. Again, I had to constantly ask them to be more careful with my things and to not drag my clothing items on the ground. When asked these things the movers would just say oh my bad or my bad, I wasnt paying attention. The final straw came when I saw them attempt to hand my leather trunk with removable top over the balcony. Instead of bringing it up the stairs, they handed it over the balcony causing the top to fall off into the shrubbery below. They laughed and continued to take things off of the truck. I have moved multiple times and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had period. So many of my storage bins were broken or damaged, my items had multiple scratches that could not be explained, and the service was overall POOR. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone period.
