    I purchased a bedding set based off of good reviews, however, I believe their reviews are fixed and/or paid. Ive only had my bedding set for 4 months and words cannot describe how terrible the design is. I cannot fathom how they have garnered positive reviews for their products. I believe this company is a scam!

    Have purchased from red land on two separate occasions. First time bought a set of towels and bed sheets. Quality is excellent however their emails got to be to much. Tried numerous times to unsubscribe to no avail. Forgot the problems I had and recently ordered another set of bed sheets. Now every day receiving emails from this company. Have tried to unsubscribe every time to no avail. Tried emailing every time to no avail. This company is like a bad ***** that you cant get rid of. If you dont mind emails every day than go order from them otherwise stay away.

    I was a loyal customer. I love their blankets and paid the price so I could support an ***************** I purchased well over $2,000 from ***. Red Land Cotton voided my rewards points ($160) after only 6 months. Website says they expire after 12 months. The representative would not honor my points and would not even call me back. She would only communicate through email. My negative review was not posted to their website. They have lost my business and they don't seem to care.

    I placed an online order with Red Land Cotton on 30 June 2024. Confirmation number AF0FC1NDL. I have not received the order and it is now 12 August 2024. I reached out to the company on 9 July 2024 for a status and they responded that they were back logged and would updated me via email when shipped. I never heard another thing from them. I tried emailing and calling and never got an answer and was never able to talk to anyone. Its like a ghost company, once they have your money good luck trying to get in contact with them again. At this point, I am just hoping to get mt money back. I was hoping for much more from an ***************** but what I got was nothing but disappointment.

    This company does not post any bad review. Beware of some products. The sheets are amazing but the "Lux" pajamas shrink so much it distorts the product. The piping on the side shrinks so much the entire side puckers. When my review was never posted I posted another with no results. I then emailed the company. They told me it was their discretion what they posted. All of the reviews on their page are 5 stars. I will say $200.00 for pajamas is too much when you can't wear them because of shrinkage.

    Extremely rough. Their solution: wash and use several times. Did that, didnt work. They just got rougher. Tried to return them. Their response: cant take them back if they have been washed. Quite a convenient conundrum for them, I thought. TRY **** AND BRANCH. They are great.

    I love these sheets! I've never slept ************ they're not as smooth as sateen but they are heavyweight substantial sheets. I ordered their blanket and it is equally amazing. Their return policy ***** but for me? I'll never sleep on anything else.

    I just ordered these sheets. They are very rough. They were very uncomfortable to sleep on. When you leave a negative review on their website, it doesn't get posted.

    Terrible ! Not soft at all ! Sandpaper! No more Redland!Wanted to support a *** made company but quality is not there.I wish I could return! Would even drive there
